Le ViLoNa - T3 moderne avec parking privé

The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Rennes, this charming apartment, of 66m², which can welcome up to 4 people. On the third floor with lift, it is composed of a living area, equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet.

The apartment is composed as followed :

- A living area of 30m² with TV and Wifi (optic fiber)
- An equipped kitchen with : kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one queen-size bed (160x200). Cleaning is included and 4* quality linen will be provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels). Beds will be made upon arrivals
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- A balcony to enjoy the sunny days

Ideally located in Rennes, you will be close to all commodities and shops, restaurants, bars, markets… 200 meters from the apartment you can find a bakery and a wine seller.

Transportation :

- You can park in the building garage
- Train station : Rennes (6min by foot)
- Airport : Rennes (15min) or Nantes (1h20)
- Métro Ligne B : Mabilais (5min by foot)

Living like Royalty in Rennes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rennes. Linda met us for check-in providing a great orientation of the property. The unit is well located near the Colombier and Malbais métro stations with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. The unit is spacious, well appointed and even has little chairs, stools and toys for the kids. We only stayed three nights but this is a location worth much longer. Next time we’re in Rennes this is where we’ll stay!

Really appreciated the coffee and laundry. We will definitely come back. 🙁 I'd give it a '10' if the Indoor parking wasn't too small for our car . On the other hand, external parking was easily available. Entrance to the apartment building was a little confusing at first but the host met us and everything was superb."

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in Rennes

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist äußerst komfortabel ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer mit der offenen Küche liegt zum Innenhof und ist ruhig. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße und die ist leider nicht so ruhig. Es gibt einen hohen Ton die ganze Zeit und Autos etc. sind sehr präsent. Mit Ohrstöpseln ist es okay. Wir kommen gern wieder und werden gern wieder hier wohnen.

Le ViLoNa "Man fühlt sich hier bald zuhause und bleibt gerne auch länger 🙂 Die schöne Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Da die Strasse nicht so stark befahren ist, ist das Apartment ruhig, auch dank geeigneter Fenster. Die freundliche Begrüssung durch Ghazal und die gründliche Einführung in die Parksituation im Untergeschoss, in das Schliessregime und in alles weitere waren bestens. Bushaltestelle und Metrostationen sind recht nahe; auch in die Altstadt ist es zu Fuss nicht so weit. Nicht zuletzt wegen der guten Wohnküche haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gefreut, die schöne und interessante Stadt Rennes kennen zu lernen. 🙁 Bei der Ankunft war es recht schwierig einen Platz für das Auto zu finden, um auf die avisierte Person für die Schlüsselübergabe und Einführung zu warten."
