Family home with pool

Large family house of 240 m2 completely refurbished on three levels. We have kept the old terracotta floor tiles, the stone walls and some beautiful beams and modernized it. On the first floor you will find a small games room, a large kitchen of 25 m2 overlooking the garden and a large living dining room of 40 m2. On the first floor you will find three large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom and separate WC and a laundry room. On the top floor is the master suite of 50 m2 with a magnificent view of the valley and the mill of Lautrec.
