Relaxing week on the beach

Wonderful place!

We have been to Navarre a few times, this condo has been our favorite! Location is great right next to pier, which we walked daily. Elizabeth was wonderful to work with, and condo had everything we needed, and was very clean! A bonus was having beach service included!

Beautiful condo and gracious host

We so enjoyed our 11 days at this property. We made most of our meals in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed the amazing beachfront property. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful time. Our host Elizabeth was very nice and took care of all our needs.

Couldn’t have asked for more

This place was wonderful. The condo was great. It had enough room for everyone. The furnishings were wonderful. I'd recommend this place to anyone. And will definitely stay here again. We have stayed many places along the Gulf Coast, but we have found our new vacation spot.

Great condo

We loved this condo. We booked last minute and the condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was clean, very easy checkin, and the welcome note and goodies were a great touch. We will for sure be staying here again. Thanks to a great host for making sure we had everything we needed.

Sun, Sand, and Shelter

The VRBO property was very good! Calm colors, extremely comfortable beds, cozy furniture, more than adequately supplied kitchen, 2 free beach front chairs included, and welcoming and very helpful host! We have stayed in various Summerwind units for most of our trips to Navarre over the past 12 years and they never disappoint! I highly recommend!

Excellent vacation

Condo was well stocked and very clean. Check in was super easy and communication with Elizabeth was very easy. Only downfall was only one pool was heated (this was in the description) was just hoping since it was spring break they would have heated all three. If you’re looking for a relaxing low key location this is the place to book!

Views for days!

What a beautiful space to occupy for a week! Bring your binoculars to check out surfers on the beach and dolphin by the pier from the balcony. Everything was clean, comfortable, well-appointed. The beds were comfortable when we lay down, beach-tired at the end of the day and the kitchen had every little thing we could need. Such a cheerful, clean place.

this unit is fantastic. It's stocked with everything you need, the staff was amazingly attentive to questions that we had and man oh man, that location. Gulf front, looking right over the beach and the pier. Just fantastic. We love Navarre and we love this condo. We will be back!!!!!

Better than ever!

Such a great condo and attentive owners who were very responsive. Very clean and well maintained. Usually units are not as good as the photos but this was better! Great views and location. They even provided 4 chairs to take to the beach. Can’t count on the chairs by Lazy Days who forgot I told them in person the day before to save some for me. The entire process from reservation through check in was flawless. They even provided tasty snacks!

Spotless Condo

We arrived early and although the condo wasn’t quite ready, Elizabeth was kind enough to give us parking passes and wrist bands so we could enjoy the pool. It was immaculately clean with nice furniture and good cookware. A nice big refrigerator with water and ice in the door. I can’t think of one thing we needed that she didn’t have. The beach service was fantastic and we loved being able to take advantage of that daily. We’ve been staying at Summerwinds for 14 years and this is our favorite condo by far.

A Recommendation

Communication was great with the property owner. We arrived on a Blue Angels air show day and the owner worked with us to make sure we could arrive to avoid the most traffic. Much appreciated. There was also a brief power outage in Navarre and the owner kept us up to date with regular information. The condo itself is really nice and comfortable. It was clean and well apportioned. We’d happily stay there again.

Great Location

Summerwind 701 was a very neat and clean condo convienently located next to the fishing pier in Navarre. Nice large balcony and access to 3 pools and hot tubs. Also, a convience store on level 1 for ice and other items you may have forgotten. The front of Summerwinds west is roped off due to repairs and only 1 elevator was working but none of these were a big inconvenience. Being from Louisiana we know these inconviences are just a part of repairing through no faults of our own (hurricanes) and something we just have to go through. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Elizabeth for a great place.

This is my place for now on going to the beach!

Property manager was great with communications! Check in was super smooth. Unit was perfect...location was great. When I come back this fall I will try and stay here! I will not drive further down the beach going to another city....Navarre is my stop for now on! We stayed in Summerwind West! Our unit even had a wrap around balcony where we could see over into the bay!

A military move brought us to Navarre Beach in late 2019 and we loved it here so much that we decided to stay after my husband retired from the service. I have worked for two major hotel corporations and it is my role to see that you have an amazing stay with us. I'm here for whatever it is you need!
