The property comprises of a large main house that sleeps 10 people and two gîtes, each of which sleeps 4 people, making a maximum capacity of 18 people. The price quoted is for ten people in the main house. Each gîte can be rented individually for an additional charge. (Please note that all buildings can only be booked by one group).
This family property with a heated salt pool is situated in a small hamlet close to Rouffignac, about 3 km from all amenities.
The main house has a fully-equipped kitchen with direct access to the dining room. From here, you have access to a veranda leading on one side to a balcony with magnificent views over the valley and, on the other, to the garden, swimming pool and shaded outdoor dining area.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a second large dining room featuring its own bar.
From here, a staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a lounge area and a double bedroom in the pigeonnier. A long corridor leads to 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The gîtes, each have an open-plan kitchen/dining and living area, as well as two upstairs double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

Discover the culinary delights of the Dordogne, with local produce from the Rouffignac market on Sunday mornings or from Plazac on Friday afternoons for example.
