The property features a large private swimming pool, spacious wooded grounds, outdoor dining areas, a barbecue, table tennis, outdoor games and a children’s play area. Everything is designed for relaxing holidays and enjoying quality time together.

Inside, the warm and comfortable living spaces are perfect for gathering after a day exploring the Dordogne or relaxing by the pool. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals for up to 9 guests. The house also offers Wi-Fi, TV with Chromecast, board games, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The bedrooms provide comfort and privacy for everyone, with several bathrooms throughout the house. Two upstairs bedrooms are air-conditioned for extra comfort during the summer. Built partly into the rock, the house also includes a unique troglodyte bedroom that stays naturally cool during hot summer days.
