Provencal style villa but modern and spacious with pool, terraces, garden, garden furniture, quiet and surrounded by pine trees. Located 12 km from the A7 motorway, 30 km from Avignon TGV train station, and 110 km from Marseille-Provence airport

Close to typical and renowned Provencal villages (Beaumes de Venise, Châteauneuf du Pape, Gigondas, Seguret, Vaisons La Romaine, Nyons and its famous olives...), the region also has many wine cellars, nearby

If you like hiking or mountain biking you can indulge yourself at leisure in the Dentelles massif, nearby, near Gigondas. If you like these mountainous atmospheres, you can also go walking in the gorges of Toulourenc, or go to the famous Mont-Ventoux, and cross or accompany the many more seasoned cyclists who try the climb. As you go down to Sault, you can admire, from mid-June to mid-July, beautiful lavender fields

You can also visit and admire the historic city of Orange, nearby, its Arc de Triomphe, and its famous and imposing Ancient Theatre, where are regularly given shows, such as the Chorégies music and opera festival that takes place in July

The villa is also not far from Avignon, with its famous bridge, the Palais des Papes, and its very famous festival that spans the month of July, rich in multiple shows. A little further, you can also if you wish to admire the famous Pont du Gard

Une belle villa, avec beaucoup d'espace, un endroit très joli. Parfois un peu de vent, ce qui peut être bien quand il fait très chaud.Un accueil très gentil du propriétaire, qui nous a donné plein d'infos pratiques sur la région.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moments entre amis (4 couples) et ce malgré le mistral. Chacun de nous avait son espace nuit et sa salle d'eau . La maison est parfaitement agencée avec tout le matériel nécessaire pour la cuisine. Les extérieurs offrent divers possibilités (détente , repas , lecture ) et ce dans un cadre au calme Ce fut une superbe semaine , notre hôte a été charmant avec un bel apéro de bienvenue et de superbes conseils sur les lieux alentours. Nous sommes repartis avec pleins de bons souvenirs

Fabulous holiday

We stayed for two weeks as a large family group spanning 3 generations. The facilities at the property met all our needs. The pool was used daily by all, the host ensured it was kept clean. Outdoor eating on the lit terrace was fantastic, the mistral forced us inside on a couple of evenings but the dining room was equally as lovely. An amazing house with a super helpful host, we will return.

A great place

We had a lovely holiday and Pascal welcomed us with a little drink and a local delicacy. In the meantime, he told us about the area and gave us a recommendation for towns, restaurants, etc. he could recommend. This was really nice. The house was delicious and the pool a hit for the kids. We had a lovely holiday.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und hatten wunderbare 2 Wochen in einem perfekten Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit mehreren Kühlschränken und großen Töpfen. Ds Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist alles gut zu erreichen! 30 Minuten nach Avignon, wo während des Theaterfestivals immer viel los ist! Grossartige Restaurants und Weingüter in der Umgebung. Fön mitbringen!

A fantastic place to stay!!

With our family of eight we had one of our best holiday experiences here. Without revealing too much it already started upon arrival. Pascal gave us a fantastic welcome, we had never experienced anything like it. This made us feel right at home in his beautiful villa. Tasteful, luxurious, modern and decorated with care. The spacious living room with the adjoining, fully equipped kitchen (even with a wine climate cabinet!). The large and comfortable bedrooms, the bathrooms that sometimes resembled a spa, all airconditioned, a blessing with the summer temperatures. Outside you can enjoy the barbecue and have dinner with the whole family at the big table. To relax, there’s the lounge area and the cool swimming pool, which we used a lot. The garden provides privacy all around and there’s ample private parking space inside the fence. Pascal was always available in case something needed attention or repair, and he also handed us a guide with very useful information about the surroundings, places of interest, outings and restaurants. One very important thing needs mentioning – you have to take care of Kiki, the squirrel! All in all, a fantastic place to spend the holidays, very warmly recommended!

Maison au top, jolie et pratique

A proximité de nombreux villages classés, caves, vignobles et autres envies de visites, nous avons apprécié le cadre de cette très jolie Villa, avec sa grande piscine et son jardin magnifique, une belle terrasse et un pool House ou cuisine d’été très pratique. Une maison très accueillante et très logeable. Le propriétaire nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux.
