We aim to provide as much as possible for your overall comfort! Should you find anything not to your comforts, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Clean property

The property was very clean (which is my priority) and very well stocked. Had I know all that was included, I would have not had to pack as much! This is my first Vrbo booking so I may have overlooked where that information could have been found. I don't think anyone would be disappointed in this property.

Location is excellent. A short walk to restaurants and shops in Vineyard Haven from a quiet neighborhood. Ample parking. A solid but basic two bed, two bath unit.

First time on the island

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in Vineyard Haven. It was our first time visiting Martha’s Vineyard from CA. The unit was clean and comfortable, very nicely decorated, and James was very communicative and even let us check in early. The ferry, bus, and town are a 1/2 mile walk which was convenient, we definitely got our steps in! The VTA was free this summer and we were able to venture to Oak Bluffs and Edgartown as well. We ate at Salvatore’s and Mikado and I would recommend both. We did walk about 3/4 mile to a very small beach called Tisbury Town Beach and having beach chairs and towels provided was great. I highly recommend this property set in a peaceful, pretty neighborhood.

Perfect house and location

Jim and Deb have the perfect location to the town of Vineyard Haven. Less than a 1/2 mile walk to town (and the ferry) it was very convenient for us since we didn't bring a car. The house was immaculate (as the description states) with a yard to sit outside as well as an outside shower (which we love!) The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms for a family of four was a big plus! I would highly recommend this house!

Peaceful Setting

Jim and Deb,s apartment provided a peaceful and relaxing long weekend. One mile to the VH Ferry and shops, we enjoyed the location in this sweet neighborhood. It truly is immaculately clean, very comfortable throughout and lovely personal touches. We hope to return soon!

Fantastic place!!!

This is by far the cleanest and coziest place on MV! As soon as we arrived we were blown away of how great this place was! Our hosts made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. Everything You Need

This was my first time using Vrbo instead of a hotel. The house was just what the name says, immaculate. We are both ex-military and a stickler for cleanliness. We didn’t see any dirt or dust anywhere. They also provided everything you would need, from kitchen utensils, plastic storage bags, a cooler, a backpack, to an iron, washing detergent and chocolate for that late night sweet tooth. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful also. I would stay again.

Very welcoming!

Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is new, nicely decorated and well equipped. We met the owners who live on the first floor, and they could not have been nicer. It was just what we were looking for!

Great Home Close to Vineyard Haven Center

We loved the house! The property was as described and even included beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, a well stocked kitchen and little touches like water bottles in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. We could easily walk to town and enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. We would highly recommend this home for a group of 4.

Perfect Getaway

We had a great time here. The place had everything we needed, and more. We had great weather so we were in the place only at night really. This was super-convenient to the music festival, and to bike around VH and OB. We took day trips to Edgartown, Katama, and Aquinnah by bike and car as well. Sunset in Menemsha was perfect too. Thank you for the great time!

Best Hospitality Ever

Once we arrived we were greeted very warmly by Jill he’s was so nice. We arrived before check in and they allowed us to bring our bags in. The home was so nicely decorated and was so clean. We all said if and when we return this is our #1 house to stay at thanks again for a wonderful stay

Lovely and Immaculate

Beautiful, immaculate and lovely decor. We had a wonderful time for our first trip to the vinyard. Quiet neighborhood, and we really liked being able to walk to town to eat and do a little shopping.

Great find in Martha’s Vineyard

This property is great! Our hosts provided an immaculately clean and beautiful home. Any inquiries were responded to extremely quickly. The location is perfectly nestled close to Main Street in Vineyard Haven. We were very pleased with everything and had a great vacation.
