Step through your front door into a bright and open space with soaring ceilings, a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table, and a comfy living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a TV. When the temperature rises, head outside to your furnished deck where you can fire up your private gas grill and dine in the fresh mountain air. You will also have access to community tennis courts if you need to polish up your backhand while you're away.

This home is located just a mile northwest of the base of Camelback Mountain Resort, which features some of the best skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and ziplining in the region. The outdoor Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark is a mile and a half east, the Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark (voted the number one indoor waterpark in USA Today in 2019) is two miles east, while the trails and sweeping views of Big Pocono State Park are two miles southeast. Indulge in a relaxing treatment at the Serenity Spa one mile east, or enjoy some retail therapy at the Crossings Premium Outlets only four miles beyond. And if you're looking to pick up some dinner, grab a bite at one of several local restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
