Cozy T2 Apartment at Vieux Port - Central, Bright, and Fully Equipped

Apartment located on Rue Chef de Ville, a stone's throw from the Old Port, on the 3rd floor of a building (no elevator).

This comfortable, quiet, and bright apartment is located at the foot of the Grosse Horloge (Great Clock) and the Old Port. You'll feel right at home!

The apartment comprises an entrance hall leading to a quiet bedroom (overlooking a small courtyard) furnished with a double bed (140 cm), a toilet, a shower room, and a comfortable living/dining room with a sofa and dining table.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.

The apartment has Wi-Fi and is located close to shops, restaurants, a cinema, and the beach.

Free parking is available a 5-10 minute walk away.

The price includes all bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens.

The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).

The proportional tourist tax is extra.

Cleaning is optional: €40.

Generally, check-in is from 4 pm to 8 pm, and check-out is from 8 am to 10 am. For arrivals or departures before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies:

Entrée en toute indépendance mais état des lieux de sortie fait avec une personne très agréable et très aimable. Cependant, je n'ai pas apprécié l'accueil téléphonique que j'ai eu le lundi après-midi en ce qui concerne la récupération des clés. La personne était hautaine et peu aimable (Olivia)

Bon séjour, bel appartement très bien décoré extrêmement bien placé à 100 mètres du port.Juste un problème panne de lumière dans la salle de bains pendant 2 jours très désagréable

Séjour agréable. Excellente situation du logement quiest spacieux et bien équipé. Un petit bémol avec les étages, 3 à double volée. C'est un peu rude.

Lovely flat shame about the customer service

The property was lovely and light. Be aware it is up three flights of stairs. The location is perfect, just off the harbour. The problem was that it was advertised with free parking 5 to 10 minutes walk away. On pressing the local agent I was told the Mayor had changed the rules and their suggestion of an alternative was totally unacceptable. Beware if you bring a car to La Rochelle it is definitely not car friendly. If you want secure parking go to car park P1 at the station, 60 Euros for the week. The check in is either in another town, or a lockbox. In my experience lockboxes have been at the property. Not here, it is outside a shop on the other side of town. All combined with getting the agent to respond shows customer service is not a priority. A shame for such a nice flat!

L’emplacement est super. Malgré quelques bruits venant de la rue côté salon pendant le festival. Accueil et informations données parfaits! Interlocuteur très agréable et efficace. Propreté rien à signaler. Je vous le conseille vivement.

Super appartement, nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à la Rochelle. Il est très bien placé et il n’y manque rien. J’très jolie déco, c’est très agréable. Merci à Anne et sa gentillesse et toutes ces explications
