Maui by the shore

I found this condo in a good location just across the street from the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s always good to have a nice comfortable bed to sleep in when you’ve had a long day out in the sun. I think it’s in a good location close to everything. It can be a little loud being close to the highway but other than that it was a very nice condo.

Beautiful condo super close to one of the best beaches in Maui!

We had the best time! The condo was decorated so well, and bonus had a washer and dryer that we utilized before going home- so nice! It was a short 3-5 min walk to the beach. We even saw whales jumping from this beach the last night of our stay, and snorkeled with the turtles! They had everything from extra beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen and sand toys for the kids. The bed was so comfortable too! 10/10 highly recommend!

A nice stay

It’s was a nice stay. It was just hard to communicate after business hours. They also mention needing a parking pass but then ended up not needing a parking pass after all. So stressed about getting my rental towed off the property.

Bad Timing

(Un)fortunately we stayed at this location at the time of the Lahaina fire. Power outage and no cell phone is quite a new experience. But the place was nice, clean and comfortable. Didn’t miss anything in the apartment. Not the quietest place and only a few restaurants and shops in the direct neighbourhood.

Not the best or worst

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is located in an older building. Just to be clear, there is no central a/c. They have a portable a/c unit that has to be connected to a window. The a/c unit in the bedroom was not connected/broken so we had a difficult time sleeping in there with the humidity. They did have a ceiling fan along with 2 tower fans, but all it did was push the hot air around. We took turns with the kids sleeping on the pullout bed which was next to the working a/c unit in the living room. The condo comes equipped with pretty much everything basic that you will need. The only downfall besides the a/c issue was that it seemed they rushed to fix things up to be rented out. One of the lamps in the living room is one switch from breaking, the cabinet next to the shower was crumbling to pieces, and the half done paint job in the bathroom shows it was a rushed job. I was also turned off by the decorative pillow in the bedroom, which had a huge spit/liquid stain on it. It seems that they don’t sanitize or clean everything after each guest. Also, prepare for fluctuating water temperature. It was a struggle showering my infant because the water would be warm on second and turn extremely hot or cold a few seconds later. The location was an hour away from the airport but it has a lot of dining and shopping options within 5-10 miles.

beaucoup de bruit

Le condo donne vu sur un autoroute et les condos en face. Vous ne pouvez pas voir la montagne. Le grand ventilateur pour la complexe ouvre souvent et le son est comme un avion en plus l’appartement et situé sur l'autoroute alors il y a du bruit toute la nuit. L’appartement était propre et la location était bien par exemple.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for exploring the different parts of Maui, and having a free parking spot is seriously a big commodity. Kim was always very responsive prior to and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!
