VUE MER! Come and spend your holiday in this beautiful apartment located in Arzon! Just 210 metres from the sea, it awaits you for lovely family holidays!



This 50m² duplex has 1 bedroom and a mezzanine and can accommodate up to 5 people.

Inside, you can enjoy its incredible sea view! Within the accommodation, you will have access to the internet via WiFi. A television and radio are at your disposal.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, a toaster and a kettle. In the bathroom, you will find a washing machine. A hairdryer and an iron are also available.



A private parking space is reserved for you in an underground car park.

Bel appartement, emplacement au top

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est très confortable et fonctionnel. Vue magnifique, l'océan est à quelques dizaines de mètres, les enfants ont adorés. Parking souterrain très pratique. Accueil soigné, tout était parfait.
