Welcome to Rustic Charm on Lake Hartwell, a lakefront vacation rental offering stunning Big Water views, a private dock, and the perfect setting for your summer lake getaway in South Carolina, only 6 miles from Green Pond Landing.

Built in 1966 shortly after Lake Hartwell was created, this unique glass and wood beam home blends classic lake house charm with modern updates, including a renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms, and spacious living areas. The open-concept layout makes it ideal for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends.

With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this Lake Hartwell vacation home comfortably accommodates 10–12 guests (or 6–8 adults), making it perfect for family vacations, group getaways, fishing trips, and lake weekends.

Perfect for our weekend at Anderson University graduation. Open floor plan with vast views of pasture and lake. Great entertaining space and really enjoyed the front porch rockers in the morning and evening.

Great house with amazing views!

We have stayed at this house multiple times and absolutely love it! Very spacious with great kitchen for entertaining and the porch is lined with rocking chairs to take in the breathtaking views. We will be back!

Game Day Getaway

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we booked it again for our game day girls’ weekend. The house is great, the property is beautiful, and the hosts are so accommodating. We hope to make staying here for a game weekend a yearly tradition. Highly recommend.

Awesome lake weekend

Wonderful stay at Lakefront Oasis

We were so lucky to find this gem of a property. Louise was so gracious the entire stay and we felt at home. The property itself is spectacular with views of Lake Hartwell, lots of land, and access to the dock. We enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings on the front porch and loved the large windows throughout the home. The bedrooms were spacious and there was plenty of space for our family. Our teen boys enjoyed swimming in the lake and exploring the property. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be back!

Beautiful property!

We had an amazing time in this lake house. The inside is so open and all of the windows make it so bright and fun. We rented a pontoon boat and went swimming off the dock as well. Everything was clean and there’s plenty of sleeping room. We’ll be back!

Mid-Century Panoramic Stunner

Hand's down the most beautiful property we've ever rented. Well cared for mid-century home overflowing with charm, and furnished with every amenity you could hope for. GORGEOUS panoramic lakeside views on an expansive property made us feel like we had the lake to ourselves. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and made us feel welcome. Definitely on the return visit list!
