This 2443 Sq ft, 4 bed, 3 bath house can easily sleep 8 or more, 8 adult size beds it makes a great house for a retreat, golf outing, or family reunion. Big dock, it features a great view, a large back lawn with easy access to the lake, 2 large fireplaces, decks overlooking the lake, wireless internet, and a charcoal grill.

A Second living area on the lower floor is great games, small meeting, watching TV, or just relaxing on the couch.

Located on big water just cross from Portman Marina ( The Galley Restaurant )

*** Less than 2 miles from Green pond Ramp
*** Anderson Mall & Anderson Civic Center are only 10 minutes
*** Convenient to Clemson University.
*** Broyles recreation Area ( Picnic area, Beach, and playground) is 5 miles.

This is a very nice house in a convenient location. The dock and views are fantastic. Communications with Tina were quick and easy. If we visit the area again with the whole family, we'll be sure to stay here.

Very comfortable home, short walk to the water with a nice dock for multiple boats. Close to boat ramp, grocery store and easy access from I-85.Would definitely recommend to others and would like to return.

Nice property. We were able to catch several decent catfish off the dock. Kids had great time boat skiing. The water view is great. Clean facility.

Great Location

Very clean. Tina was very receptive and communication was great. Sunset views are amazing. We stayed over Memorial weekend and could see the fireworks from the shores of Asbury. We look forward to coming back.

Visit to view Clememson University

We had a short stay. The host had the AC and a light on when we arrived which was very thoughtful. The house is beautifully located. Loved sitting on the covered dock in the morning with my coffee and listening to all the beautiful birds. The house is very comfortable. Very comfortable beds with nice linens and pillows. Well stocked. Wish we had a couple more days to enjoy the place.

Great location - peaceful getaway

Very clean and easy to find. Location on the lake was so perfect and quiet. Kitchen was nicely stocked and plenty of linens and towels. Would recommend!

It was a beautiful property with a great view. Loved how all of the drawers and cabinets were labeled so you could find things easily.
