The two bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens. There is also a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows.

A small cooking space (without an oven or stove) is integrated into the main room. It includes a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a minibar-style fridge, ideal for keeping drinks cool, though not as cold as a regular fridge. You’ll also find plenty of great places to eat nearby, including a cosy café right next door.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety.

In hip Quinze-Vingt, the modern Opéra Bastille overlooks busy Place de la Bastille, and houseboats line Bassin de l’Arsenal, the start of Canal St.-Martin. Coulée Verte Réné-Dumont is an elevated garden along a former rail line, while the daily Marché d’Aligre sells food and antiques. Elsewhere, narrow streets have chain stores, indie fashion boutiques, and restaurants ranging from wine bars to cool neo-bistros.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

The nearest metro station, Bastille (lines 1, 5 and 8), is 5-minutes away.

The bus stops 91 and 29 are nearby.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
