Perfect stay

Cosy and very clean appartement in 19th arr.Perfect and easy check-in and check-out procedures.Metro and car park within a radius of 5-10 min to walk.

Mold!!!

The apartment was updated and cute once you got inside, however the bathroom has no ventilation and the ceiling is covered in mold!!! This made us very uncomfortable, especially because we couldn’t open the windows while gone or at night due to safety. The general area doesn’t seem the safest, however the little passage the apartment entrance is on felt fairly safe with lots of families living in the surrounding buildings. We messaged the company about the mold and they did nothing for us, just stating they would take care of it after we left. Ya right. The checkin process was also quite bizarre. We were sent to pickup the keys from the workers in a cell phone store and the people working there were pretty rude and did not seem happy to be welcoming us for our stay. They wouldn’t answer any questions whatsoever.

Dear Kyleigh, We are sorry to ready that your impression was not totally great. Just to answer your points. we answered about the mold that we would send someone to check and clean it as you were leaving only 2 days after your message but we could have sent someone during your stay if you had requested it. We did send the cleaner and she said that she did the maximum to remove water stains from the ceiling as it seems that it is stains that come from apartment above. Regarding the neighbourhood, the feeling is very personnal as depending on every guest, everyone has it s own opinion about the safety feeling. We understand that some parts of paris can be less safe and apologize if you ever felt this way but we never had any issues so far. Regarding the check in and check out, we use an international service called KEYNEST that is a major partner of all the platforms to store the keys near our apartment and ease the check in and check out so you don t have to wait for someone to come hand you the keys. Once again we are not responsible for that as we are just a user of their services We hope you had an overall good stay and that we can host you again some day Best

Great place in sketchy neighborhood

We LOVED this little apartment. After touring Paris all day, we came home early to cook, drink wine and relax. Only complaint is that the neighborhood is a little concerning. Twice we felt marked as we walked into what is basically an alleyway that leads to the entry door. The entry door is a security door, but we also had no idea who was living in the building, so it did not fully make us feel secure until we were safely inside the apartment. We arrived home early all nights but one, when on the only late night we made sure the taxi took us straight to our door. Also, the apartment was warm at night, but, being on first floor without bars on the windows, we did not feel safe keeping the windows open. The temp unit seemed to be only a heater (after much fiddling with it to try and make it deliver chilled air). We had a wonderful stay, but, as we were two women travelers, we would not book this apartment again due only to the out-of-the-way alleyway entrance, the slightly sketchy neighborhood and the feeling that men at one entrance where there was much activity were marking our comings and goings. Perhaps if we had had men with us, we would have felt safer.

We're glad you had a good trip overall. However we are sorry to read your comment regarding the apartments. We are aware of the problem regarding the windows of the apartment with 2 bedrooms. We have installed air conditioning in the apartment. We are waiting for the work to start because the companies have taken a lot of delay. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the courtyard apartment, we have a VMC system which allows constant ventilation. We hope to be able to resolve this issue soon. see you soon.

Good

My stay was good. There was a small mishap at the beginning of my stay but i understand accidents happen. Other than that, this place was amazing. Definitely would come visit again.

J’ai passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, il y’a netflix et YouTube a disposition. Cependant l’appartement paraît plus grand sur les photos qu’en réalité .
