Beach view home just a short walk to the beach!

This spacious beach house has great beach views from the deck, and is just a short two-minute walk to the beach. It’s perfect for families or several couples with kids. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house that has three rooms with a king-size bed in each and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. All linens are included. Each bedroom has a Smart TV. The open living area is great for relaxing after a fun day in the sun. Games, cards, puzzles, books, and WiFi will keep the family entertained. The living room TV has Roku access. The deck is perfect for early morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. The outdoor shower is convenient for rinsing off before heading inside. There is a picnic table and big comfy chairs to enjoy downstairs while you’re grilling. Guests will be able to use the outdoor charcoal grill, a wagon for carrying toys to the beach, and beach towels.

A few details:
* No pets allowed.
* Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided in the rental.
* Kitchen has all basic cookware, serving dishes and utensils, including plates, eating utensils, glasses, coffee cups, baking dishes, crockpot, frying pans, cooking utensils, carving knives, saucepans, blender, and corkscrew.
* Full size washer/dryer.
* Small dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, dish-cleaning sponge, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 4 kitchen trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels will be provided.
* All trash must be in trash bags before disposing in outside trash bins.
* There is an exterior security camera on the wall near the entrance to the home on the upper deck and downstairs over the garage door.
* The primary renter must be at least 27 years old and be staying on the premises during the rental period.
* This house is not meant for events. If law enforcement is called to the property, all renters and guests will be required to vacate the property within 30 minutes and refunds will not be given.
* This house does not have a generator, and guests should be aware that there are occasional power outages during inclement weather.

Note: This home is on a septic system which requires guest awareness of what is disposed in the drains and toilets.

Perfect Family home

We are a family of 5 accompanied by 2 sets of grandparents. This house was the perfect accommodations. Great view from the elevated porch. We rented a golf cart all week and it was a short minute ride to and from the beach. Would definitely use this property again. Also second time we used this host (different properties) great communication and even shipped a cpap case we left behind back to us. A

Awesome Beach Cabin

The Lucky Lobster far exceeded all of our expectations. The cabin was even better than shown in the photos. It was fully stocked with everything that we needed. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very quick to answer our questions. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely book this cabin again.

Excellent close to beach property

We had a wonderful stay in this extremely well apportioned house. They thought of everything from beach towels and chairs to bug spray for the outside enjoyment. Inside, they provided everything you could want to be comfortable cooking and enjoying time in the house. Romi was incredibly responsive and helpful, so I couldn’t ask for a better host! Highly recommend!

Family Weekend

We had a great family weekend at the beach! The house had everything we needed. Extra blankets for those who were cold and fans for those who were hot. Beach toys and towels for our days on the beach and board games for our evenings in. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking at home. There were plenty of bath towels and clean sheets on the comfortable beds.

Excellent stay

The accommodations were great and well maintained. It was just as described and couldn't ask for more. On an access road to the beach and close to all the main stores which was very convenient. We had a wonderful stay.

Clean and very well stocked

This cabin is very clean and pretty. It’s especially well stocked with everything you will need. Just bring food. We loved our stay and would definitely like to stay again in the future.

The Lucky Lobster was amazing!

This is a beautiful, very clean, very nice, spacious, and well equipped property that is very close to the beach! They provide much more for guest use than other vacation rentals do so that was very helpful. The price was great also! We had seven adults and two kids there and it was just perfect. We had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay again!

Family friendly stay

Beautiful house in a fantastic location. Great view of the ocean from upper deck, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. We got exactly what we wanted from the property and enjoyed every minute of the trip.

My family had the BEST time here! Home was immaculate, plenty of beach towels, and the kids loved the beach toys! Kitchen was incredibly well stocked with dishes, utensils, pans, etc. - we didn't need to purchase anything! Very easy walk down to the beach, and the beach wagon was a great surprise! We had zero issues during our stay, which is really saying something these days. Everything was just perfect here. We will definitely be booking this one again. Thank you so much for having us!

Great house!

Checkin process was simple. House was spacious and clean. Loved each room being in separate corners of the house. Beautiful, stocked kitchen. The only suggestion is a larger couch or another loveseat in the living room for additional seating. Outdoor shower downstairs is convenient and spacious to rinse off. House was maybe 40-50 yards from a beach access. We rented a golf cart to get around and it worked perfectly! Great stay. Will definitely stay again!

Wonderful experience @ Lucky Lobster

As a Lifetime Platinum and current Titanium member at Marriott, I stay away from home quite frequently. Not booking this through Marriott made me nervous, but WOW did the Lucky Lobster deliver! In short, this home did not present as something I rented online, it presented as more of a friend's vacation home who let me use it for a few days. The online listing and photos were 100% accurate to the condition of the property. Communication with the owners both before and during the stay was perfect. Extra accommodations were provided due to my wife's allergies. Check in and checkout went seamlessly. Every amenity you would need, shampoo, dish detergent, dishwasher packs, laundry detergent, even a crock pot, were provided. The home was very clean, and had more than enough room for 6 adults and 3 children. On one evening some additional family members came by, and with the kitchen island, kitchen table, and large deck, there was more than ample room for everyone to have a seat and hang out. On the first night, it rained. The owners of the home kept it stocked with board games and puzzles though so no one went bored. The only requirement at check out was to take the trash to the curb and lock the door. Many other homes in the area that my family was staying at had far more extensive lists of tasks that needed to be completed prior to check out. Me personally, as I close out my vacation, I don't want to have to do much other than leave, and Lucky Lobster accommodated that. I don't know if we'll ever be back in the Bolivar Peninsula area, but if so, we'll come right back to Lucky Lobster! I highly recommend this property to any one coming to the area and looking to stay in a home that has been well maintained and allows you to enjoy your vacation!

Perfect location for our family!

The house was perfect for our first family trip to the beach. Everyone had their own space, but the center hub of the home was an open space where the family could gather. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. Games and puzzles were available to play with inside, while the outside had a wagon full of sand toys and beach chairs to use. We can't say enough good things about our stay at the Lucky Lobster!!

Family getaway

We stayed with our 3 young children and grandparents. It was absolutely perfect. The wagon for the beach full of beach toys along with beach chairs was great! We brought a blow up pool and placed it on the driveway for the kids. Everything about this place was perfect. Literally had everything we would need. Even popsicles in the freezer for the kids!! Definitely will stay again!
