Private, direct entry into the house via two car garage (very large SUVs or trucks will not fit in the garage) and additional driveway parking. Four upstairs bedrooms to sleep 8 in beds, and a downstairs office with comfortable queen sofa bed; two and a half baths. Bright and airy large main level open floor plan has plenty of seating and eating areas so everyone can be together. 55" Roku TV in the living room along with an easy-to-operate cozy gas fireplace for chilly fall evenings. Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking and baking needs, or enjoy your catered post-game or graduation Sunday morning brunch around the 8.5' dining table (caterer recommendations provided upon request). Small deck off the back of the house with a bistro table and lounger for your complimentary locally roasted morning coffee or evening glass of wine, and a large gas grill for game day. Main floor office has a queen sleeper sofa w/ new mattress and topper and 55" Roku TV. Queen inflatable guest EZ bed with linens provided upon request to comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Upstairs loft living area with large sectional and 55" Roku TV. Main bedroom has a King Stearns and Foster mattress and a 55" Roku TV, as well as a separate sitting area with additional TV and recliner. Basement rec room with sectional, beverage refrigerator, 60" TV, and games. Half mile drive or easy walk to grocery, restaurants, and Starbucks. Less than a mile to Lake Forest Golf Course and just over two miles to the University of Michigan golf course. Easy I-94 access, nice long walk or quick Uber ride to the game or to downtown Ann Arbor restaurants, bars and shops. We have Hulu Live which includes live TV and all sports channels, as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Peacock. Please note: This is NOT a party house, and parties are grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement and removal from the property. No smoking.
