Airy coastal style home with soaring ceilings, open layout, floor to ceiling walls of glass overlooking tropical lanai with heated salt water pool and spa. Private dock with direct access to Collier Bay and the Gulf. Situated in the prestigious Tigertail Beach neighborhood, the location is ideal - 5 minute bike ride to the beach with turquoise waters and powder-white sand, or head 5 minutes in the other direction to the beautiful Esplanade with ice cream, many restaurants, live music and quaint boutiques. The house is stocked with everything you need for a fabulous vacation - bikes for exploring the island, beach chairs and umbrella for soaking up the famous SW Florida sunshine, fishing gear to fish from the dock (you may see a dolphin or manatee swimming by!) a well-appointed, modern kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal (or opt to grill out on the lanai!), two dining areas inside and one on the covered and screened lanai. After a busy day exploring, you can decide to watch the game or your favorite show out on the lanai or relax inside and enjoy the 75" UHD flat screen. Layout is ideal for couples traveling together or families. The master bedroom suite is a wonderful retreat with four poster mahogany king-sized bed, 55" flat screen tv, ensuite walk in closet and huge, spa-like bath with dual sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower. On the opposite side of the living area are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a queen bed and twin bunks. Both rooms have flat screen TVs. The second bathroom is stocked with plenty of fluffy towels and a walk in shower. The entire guest wing can be closed off with pocket doors for privacy and a quiet nights rest. In addition, there is a private office with a daybed. Outside, there is ample parking for three cars on the circular paver driveway. Tropical landscaping and lush lawns surround the home.

This place is fantastic! Very clean and nicely decorated. Has everything you need for your stay! The kayaks and bikes were such a nice addition! Easy bike ride to many restaurants and grocery store! And super short drive to the beach! The host is very responsive to any questions !We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Marco

Amazing stay in Marco. Elizabeth and Warren’s property is fabulous! We did not need all the space - and there is plenty for large groups- but enjoyed the amenities and freedom of having all that room if we needed it. Pool, view on the canal, use of bikes and plenty of chairs/ cool cabana made the vacation ideal. Our host really knows how to take care of guests! We will likely be back with friends. Exceptional stay!

Celebrating Birthdays

We were celebrating 2- 70 birthdays and 1-60 birthday, we had some of our friends in Marco the week before and the host worked with our schedule. The home is a great set up and great for boating , driving, etc . Elizabeth and Warren allowed us to have a gathering of our friends that was a great time celebrating 3 milestone Birthdays ! Thank You ! Highly Recommend this Beautiful home !

Wow!

When we walked in my wife said Wow! The home and location were excellent. The home was extremely well stocked, clean and we felt at home immediately. The lanai was like a private resort. Fire pit, pool, hot tub and deck for tanning. We definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

First, the owner of the property was fabulous! Not only was there a welcome spread but she was accessible for any questions. The house was very comfortable and spacious inside with everything you could need! (We cooked Thanksgiving dinner) when at the house, we spent mostevenings outdoors in the lanai, with the gas fire table, TV and hot tub or playing games at the big dining table overlooking the lanai. During the days, spent time relaxing on the canal dock and used the bikes daily to get to beach, restaurants and shopping as they were all not too far! Book this home, you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely villa

Great communications right from booking and very quick responses to any questions we had. Well stocked villa. Had everything we wanted and couldn’t think of anything else we would need there. Beautiful location with easy access to the water for kayaking. Lovely pool and hot tub and great area for sitting out at any time of day. Approx 15 mins walk to Tigertail beach where we waded through the creek to get to the beach. Used the 5 bikes (one of which was kid sized bmx type bike) to get to Snook Inn for drinks one evening. Nice place and saw dolphins in the water there.

Kindness starts with those who share their home.

Elizabeth and Warren are amazing hosts. I have never met a host so inviting, kind and caring. From the detailed lists of things to do to having all your needs for a day at the beach. Take advantage of this property if you have the opportunity . You won’t be disappointed. 12 out of 10 stars. We loved it so much we booked it again immediately for next year. Clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to enjoy the island. Catch fish off the dock with a simple piece of shrimp. Or take the bikes to the beach. This place is over the top nice. Thank you for sharing your home and making our family memories even better.

A Plantation stay!

Family trip at end of school year

The house was very well maintained and luxurious by our standards. The pool in the listing had appeared to be quite small but was more than adequate for our needs. Everything was as expected and we had no issues - just a lovely getaway to hang with family. Our first experience with Vrbo so we didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. Only one suggestion: a step stool for the master bed for shorties like me!

Relaxing and plenty to do vacation

This property was amazing. The beautiful home was extremely well stocked. Perfect location. Opportunity for boat rental and tours. Close to everything. Great restaurant options and so much more. Great Location Great House!

Our family of four stayed at this wonderful home for spring break in March of 2023. The location of the home is walking and biking distance to all kinds of restaurants, shopping and beach access. The location makes it easy to get to anything on the island and is on a quiet street with little to no traffic. The house layout is perfect for a family with plenty of space in the kitchen and family room. The outdoor space is great for relaxing and enjoying the heated pool and hot tub. The lanai keeps the bugs away. The canal offers the ability to kayak. We saw two dolphins and two manatees along with some iguanas during our stay. The bedrooms are nicely furnished and offer plenty of space. Device charging stations in each room for all you devices. The bathrooms are very large and offer plenty of space to get ready. The garage has all the beach necessities including chairs, coolers, boogey boards and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend and if available would stay in the future.

Beautiful home.

This house was amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. The house is in a perfect location and equipped with everything you may need to have a successful, relaxing vacation. The house is super clean, the beds are comfortable, the pool and hot tub are a perfect size for kids to have a good time. The owners are quick to respond. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.

Great Marco House

This home exceeded our expectations. The owners were easy to deal with and very helpful. The home had many more items for recreation than were mentioned in the ad. It was well equipped and well located. We would stay at this property again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful, clean home for a vacation and making memories!

This fabulous home had everything we needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation with our kids and grandkids! First time renter because we're used to staying in 4 star hotels, but we wanted to have a place all of us could stay together. After reading the other reviews commenting how clean it was, we took a chance. So glad we did!! We rode bikes every day to enjoy the weather as we explored the island, went to the beaches, local restaurants and for ice cream at night. We kayaked, fished, played many games they had available, read their books about the island, spent time in the pool/hot tub, watched movies with the kids on the lanai and made many memories we will cherish! Thank you for opening your home to us and being so quick and helpful with responses. We were truly blessed!

Great Home

The home is clean, has plenty of space and a great pool/deck on the canal. It is super close to all the local beaches, restaurants and shopping. The best part is that it is very well stocked with anything you could need for a beach vacation. The host was very friendly and communication was easy.

We fell in love with the ideal location close to the beach, restaurants and direct-access to the Gulf, plus the walls of glass, soaring ceilings and feeling of space and light. The tile flooring and solid surface counters are ideal for cleaning and allergies. We realized after owning the home how wonderful the neighborhood is with friendly neighbors and beautiful well-kept homes.
