This freshly styled 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo is thoughtfully designed for families and friends who value comfort, convenience, and modern coastal charm. With a relaxed front porch to sip your morning coffee, you’re just a short walk to the beach.

Two bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds — ideal for kids or friends.

Lovely place! Good communication with hosts. Easy check in and very clean. Great outside area for lounging and eating. Easy walk to beach and plenty of parking. I have nothing bad to say about the place. It was perfect for our needs!

Excellent location for our family of four on a beach block. Though small, the unit was surprisingly comfortable - a great outdoor area to have coffee in the morning and a perfect sized living space to crash after the beach. We were able to cook several meals in the kitchen with no issue and the A/C in each room really kept the unit cool. Anthony was very communicative before and throughout our stay. We hope to come back here next year!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Anthony and Cathy’s condo. They were wonderful hosts, answered all questions, and even sent us off with some treats at the end of our trip.The condo was clean and comfortable for me and my two children. Only challenge was parking, as there were not enough spaces on the busy holiday weekend and there seems to be a discrepancy of where to park with some of the unit owners in the complex. However, the property manager and hosts are aware and are looking into rectifying this situation for future guests.

Great rental property close to everything including the beach. Perfect little place for a couple or a small family. Hosts also communicated promptly to assist with anything needed.

Cosy & Convenient

Weekend visit to the beach and I was delighted with the condo… It was tastefully decorated and had a lovely little patio to relax after a day on the beach. Close to everything!! Hosts were available to answer any questions that I had. Will definitely stay again.😊

Nice time in Lavallette

Cute, clean property in Lavallette. One short block to the beach. No problems with parking. We think it was one of the hottest weeks in NJ, AC units did a great job keeping the place nice and cool. Great spot to enjoy Lavallette.

Immaculate and well appointed end unit, including toiletries for ease and convenience. Best location right on the beach block so no need to move your car unless you want to. Hosts Kathy and Anthony are lovely, friendly, and communicative. They proactively check in and answer any questions prior to even asking and they ensure a comfortable stay. Perfect location and perfect accommodation for a relaxing vacation near the beach.

The property was comfortable, very clean and quiet. It had everything we needed for our stay. The property managers were accommodating and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet mid-week & post Labor Day visit

We had a nice 3 night stay in this condo. Internet was great, which was important since we were both working. The unit is on the smaller side, the bathroom is a little tight, but everything is modern with nice decor throughout. Thank you!

Rooms were very clean, air-conditioning worked well on even the hottest of days. Wi-Fi was a huge plus. Close proximity to the beach is great. The owners are easily reached via email, and periodically check in to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible! A five star spot in a great NJ beach town!

Well done spot

Great place. Clean, new, great. Was a perfect spot for the 2 of us who were using it as a landing spot for places to go. Property was done nicely with the perfect setup.
