NORTH TOWER CONDO

Crescent Shores unit 1002 North Tower is a three bedroom, three bathroom oceanfront vacation condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Crescent Shores has an oceanfront outdoor pool, indoor pool (heated during the winter), oceanfront lazy river, 2 oceanfront outdoor hot tubs, kiddie pool, and fitness room. There is an oceanfront sundeck equipped with relaxing lounge chairs. There are outdoor grills and a private beach access.

This spacious North Myrtle Beach vacation rental provides an open living area that walks out onto the oceanfront balcony. Unit 1002 has three beautifully decorated bedrooms, a living and dining area, kitchen, washer/dryer, and free WIFI. The master suite has a king bed, an attached bathroom with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, television, and balcony access. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equipped with 2 queen beds and a television in each. The 2nd bathroom and 3rd bathrooms have a shower and tub combo. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This vacation rental sleeps 12.

Just a short drive away are favorites of tourists and locals alike. Barefoot Landing is a in a shopping and dining setting where you can shop at some unique stores and have a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants there. Barefoot Landing is also the home of the Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, and the new Duplin Winery. Broadway at the Beach is also close by. Take a stroll along the walkways of shops and restaurants, feed the ducks and carp swimming in the lake, play a round of miniature golf, or catch a movie. There is so much to do! WonderWorks, Ripleys Aquarium, Broadway Grand Prix, Hollywood Wax Museum, Myrtle Waves, and Legends in Concert are just a few other attractions to put on your list. Pirates Voyage is a great venue to have a meal and be entertained by pirates. Carolina Opry is another venue for a terrific show put on by some of the most talented entertainers!

Don't forget that the huge Atlantic Ocean is there for you to take a dip, parasail, fish, walk along the shoreline, or find that perfect seashell. What a better way to start your day than watching the beauty of the rising sun over the ocean! Also, at the end of the day, the setting sun will tap you on your shoulder to paint a memory of your North Myrtle Beach vacation.

The property was easy to access and safe. Check-in and check out was convenient. Beautiful views on the 10th floor. Lots of space on the balcony. Parking is across the street in a parking deck, but there are 15 minute parking areas for loading and unloading. Pool, lazy river, and hot tub were all excellent. Rooms were large and plenty of space for our family of 5. Would stay here again.

The only negatives were the parking! I did not know that the parking garage for guests was across the street. I knew that the 'overflow' lot was off site but had no idea that it was not walking distance from our unit. It was very inconvenient to shuttle our son to and from his car nearly two miles away every time we went out. For those reasons, we will not choose this location again.

The place was clean, as roomy as in the pictures. The beds were comfy and it was everything we needed plus a beautiful view of the beach, even if half our stay was raining! The only problem we had was noise from the street, but that got better after the weekend. I would stay her again!!

Loved that it was on the oceanfront. Clean. Fit our family accomodations perfectly. Nice pool outside and lazy river. Inside pool not to clean. Would stay again.

Property was as advertised. Had an issue with the sink in one of the bathrooms but maintenance was prompt and corrected the issue. Only complaint was mattresses were not very comfortable. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the property. Would definitely stay there again

Very Family Friendly

We visited during Memorial Weekend and Bike Week! We had no idea it was also Bike Week but aside from the traffic Crescent Shores was amazing! I have no doubt they were completely sold out yet it was still quietish and very family friendly. Seaside was excellent with a very easy check in and check out processes. There is a small drainage issue with the kitchen sink but I think it’s a problem with the building and it didn’t really cause an issue. I’m pretty picky and I’d definitely go back!

Family Vacay '23

Condo was large and balcony was a great place to sit out in the morning and the evening. Furnace room is in dire need of cleaning and the door was dirty so my niece cleaned it the best she could. Washer smells sour and both washer and dryer need to be replaced. Dining table was in dire need of replacement. Overall a nice place and I would probably stay there again.

Family Vacation

Overall the condo was nice. Wish the ease of loading and unloading was alittle easier since the parking deck is on other side of road. We had minor issues with stuff not being cleaned as well as we would have liked but nothing that would keel us away again.

Family Vacation 6/2023

Absolutely fantastic view and location. The condo itself needs some TLC. Half of the kitchens sink did not work with the garbage disposal even though we never used it for the purpose. Water would just pool in the sink and the disposal would do nothing. The kitchen faucet leaked and had to be checked evertime it was used. Have been to North Myrtle Beach numerous times and decided to stay here due to the 3 bedroom/baths available. It will be the last for this condo as the check-in/ check-out process is a nightmare. Waited in lines just to get an elevator to move in and then 45 minutes to get an elevator to move out. Thank goodness the car was parked on the 1st floor of the parking garage because the elevator was broken. We packed most items on Friday except the coolers to take on Saturday and overnight bags, otherwise that would have been a nightmare. Also, other condos have keypad entry with all needed materials inside which elevates going to an office for the nessciaties. Another thing was the electric circuits were strange and had to keep resetting. When called after hours the management did respond quickly which helped. Overall, the condo is convenient with great views but not the place for my family.

Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful place right on the beach, we took 9 people, but it was originally supposed to be 12 and there would have been plenty of room. I will note for those that may be curious that the parking passes are for a parking garage across the street, unless you have disabled parking permit, but it wasn’t a big deal even with kids. They do have a loading/unloading zone for your luggage. The condo was beautiful, clean, and close to the beach and many attractions. I would definitely stay here again! We had a wonderful vacation here.

Great Week!

The unit was spacious and clean! We loved the ocean front location and views. Access to all amenities was easy and the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the pool size, which was small for the # of units and guests that were there during our week. Except for the long drive from our home in PA, everything about the week was awesome!

Our family of five (including our kids ages 21-26) really enjoyed our first visit to Myrtle Beach!

Property location was perfect - far enough away from busy Rt 17 but a quick drive to all kinds of places to eat, shop, golf or be entertained! The condo was in very good condition, only note would be that the kitchen appliances had some broken parts, but aside from that the kitchen was well-equipped for our family to enjoy a hearty breakfast every day and home cooked meals a few nights of the week. We did miss having a grill as the complex grill was in a pretty sorry state. Perfect view of the beach and ocean and really very little noise at the condo, although I think we visited at the perfect time of the year. Probably in peak season there are a ton more people staying in the condo and using the pool and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again for a late spring vacation and hope to enjoy some of the tourist attractions we missed this time around!

Great place to stay!

This property was an absolutely amazing place to stay! My only complaint is that I wish it had been a little more handicap friendly. I wish there would have been a ramp out to the beach instead of stairs. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.
