The location was great. The floors when we checked in seemed to still have sand on them. The only other thing that would be nice is to not have to keep up with a key for entry. Entry codes would be much easier to deal with. But would rebook at this location and recommend it to others.

Lots of room, great location, nice ocean view. The only down fall would be the fruit fly problem.

The size of condo and location was great. The ocean front balcony was the best. However the unit needs a deep cleaning and refurbishing. Furniture poor quality and worn. Badly in need of painting. The range was in poor condition. Only allowed two parking permits for a four bedroom unit. The listing on line looks nothing like the real thing.

Only problem we could see was the toilets needed fixed. We thought the seal was probably broken in 2 bathrooms. We reported it when we left and a work order was placed. The view was amazing. We already miss sitting on the balcony listening to the waves crashing to shore and the wonderful sea breeze. The area could not be better for the girls weekend we hoped to have. We recommend Molly’s in walking distance right on the ocean and over at Barefoot Landing Coconut Hammock. We went dancing at Duck’s on main street and saw the show at Legends.

Nice place. Two different beach accesses. One with a ramp and one with stairs that leads to the pool. It was easy to get to and you could see the lifeguard tower from the balcony. The elevators in the building were slow at times. The Internet was spotty for the unit. The front room was very warm and humid. The unit had one pedestal fan so that was very helpful. The pool was nice, but the lazy river was closed the entire time. The rental company was very responsive and answered all questions within a reasonable time. Overall, great place to stay!!

Beach vacation

This condo is very nice. It is huge with a great layout. The location is perfect for the restaurants and attractions. My only complaint is some of the areas could use some paint touch up and there appears to be mold behind one of the toilets. The pools are great. The complex is clean however they don’t have luggage carts and don’t allow wheeled luggage, which is difficult for older people.

Great condo in North Myrtle

I was very pleased with the South Shores property. The unit was large, clean and well-appointed. The large oceanfront balcony was awesome and when we weren’t enjoying the beach directly in front of the condo, we were enjoying the breeze and views from the balcony. The pool was nice and clean. There is 24 hour security and the condo was close to the heart of NMB without being right in the thick of it. Would definitely rent the South Shores condo again.

This condo was right on the ocean so that was a great advantage. Morning breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean was special. Condo was roomy for our family of 4 adults & 3 children & served us well. The condo does need some updating & refreshing. I.e. paint touchups etc. Beds were comfortable. The communication from Seaside Vacations was very good. They made sure our questions or concerns were addressed & communicated with us via text & email every step of our stay, beginning the week prior to our arrival to the day of our departure. I would use Seaside Vacation Rentals again.

Summer 2023

Villa was comfortable and spacious. All amenities were well kept and enjoyable. Enjoyed the short beach access. Balcony was welcoming and the weather was beautiful. The bedroom with twin beds definitely needs curtains instead of blinds. It gets the full force of the morning sun at this time of year. There were lots of gnats. We purchased some sticky strips to catch them!

Loved it!

We arriveer the day after Hurricane Ian swept through Myrtle Beach. The vacation property manager was very accomodating and effectively communicated with us. Everything went smoothly and our vacation was relaxing and we had plenty of room. The only negative is that the batteries in the remote controls were dead. The kitchen is very well stocked with any appliances, pots & pans or utinsels we needed. No beach equipment in the condo which wasnt a big deal for us but mentioning here as an FYI for others. The property also has shopping carts and luggage racks on the ground floor of parking garage that are very helpful when loading/ unloading or after grocery shopping.

Splendid Views

The condo was right on the beach, and the view from the balcony was splendid! The location was very convenient to Highway 17 and all the Myrtle Beach attractions. The condo was spacious, and nicely updated and furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we especially appreciated how many towels were provided. We didn't need the beach equipment that was provided, but that was a plus for those who might need it. We liked the fact that the beach was wide and gently sloping which worked out well for our young grandchildren. The pool was spacious, and the Lazy River was fun for all. The parking was very convenient, and the unit was close to the elevators. In the future it would be helpful to have grab bars in the shower for older persons. We would stay in this condo again in the future.
