Private Beach Ocean front condo on the Island

Our condo is located on the beautiful Island of Perdido Key, one of the best "family" beaches in the Florida panhandle. Spectacular gulf front condo with beautiful sunsets enjoyed from your own private patio. Walk out the front door and you are on the beach!
Enjoy a newly remodeled unit with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Sleeps a maximum of 8. The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast counter space.
The unit has 3 levels, entry level/mudroom to leave your beach gear and shoes; main level with two large balconies, living room, dinning room, fully equipped kitchen, guest bath and laundry room. The couch unfolds into a queen size bed.
The top floor boasts 3 bedrooms, each room has large widows that overlook the beautiful Island. The master bedroom has a private balcony and windows that overlook the gulf with magnificent views!!
A guest room has a queen size bed and another guest room hold a trundle twin size bed that sleeps 2.

Communication with the host was very fast and she was very informative. There was a cosmetic issue with one of the sinks and she was quick to keep me updated on the process

We will be coming back.

This is the second time that we have stayed at this condo. We loved it both times. We love the close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. It is nice being able to walk out the door and be on the beach/private beach. The condo does have a lot of stairs/steps, but it is not anything that would keep us from coming back. We had two elderly family members, and they navigated the stairs just fine. The condo was immaculate, and well stocked with linens and supplies. The washer and dryer made keeping up laundry an ease. There was a small issue with the plumbing in one of the showers, but Mrs. Rania notified us of the problem before we arrived, and Mrs. Rania was prompt in rectifying the problem. I would highly recommend this condo, and my family plans on staying here the next time we visit Perdido Key.

Was very please about everything on this property. Great Views great location. The home had all the necessary amenities for the stay. The beach area was basically your own beach. No crowds.

Great stay and location

Great location. Beach was not crowded. Condo was very clean and well stocked. Easy path to the beach right out the front door. Communication with Rania was great. She was quick to answer any questions. Could use some curtains in bedrooms in case you want to sleep in while on vacation. Views were beautiful from condo. Just remember it is a townhouse so lots and lots of stairs. We would stay here again!

Great location away from crowds

I wish we were still there. House had everything we needed. I loved being able to look out the living room window at the ocean as I had to work a couple days while we were there and did my work from the dining room table. The beach area was not crowded at all and it was a short walk from the house. Our goal was to relax and this house was perfect for it. We stopped at a store on the way in and only went out to eat one time while there and if I had it to do over we would have bought more groceries and not left the house and beach at all. I am bummed out writing this review because it will be next year before we can make it back :(

Feels like home

This is my 3rd time staying at this comfy condo. Rania is a pleasure to deal with. The new improvements were fantastic. No problems at all. Great amenities! Close to everything you need. Beautiful view of the beach and gulf. I hope to be back next year! Thanks Rania!

Beach vacation

The condo was very nice right on the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants. The neighbors are all really nice. Condo was clean and had all the things we needed. We will definitely book again when in the area.

Great condo and location!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The host responded quick to our questions and was very helpful. A short walk to a very nice beach that was not busy at all. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also great, being within walking distance of Flora-Bama bar and their restaurants. Hopefully we will get a chance to get back down there again

So cute, lovely view

This was a great place to spend the week at the beach. The beach is literally out your door and down a small path. You can see the ocean from everywhere in the house. Loved that the beach was private...we were literally the only ones using that section of beach the whole week. And you can use the beach umbrellas and chairs available at the condo or use your own..no need to spend money renting chairs and umbrellas! We cooked every breakfast, lunch and a few suppers and had everything we needed to accomplish that! We really appreciated getting such a nice right-on-the-beach vacation for a price we could afford! And Rania is an excellent communicator! Went above and beyond to answer any questions and to give us all the information we wanted!

A Short Walk To The Water

We loved that it was on a private beach and a short walk to the water. It rained off and on while we were there, but we could sit on the deck and look at the ocean and listen to the waves. There were several restaurants within walking distance and that was a huge plus. I would definitely stay again.

2nd time staying here

This was our second time here. We came last April and everything was just as great as last time. Rania is quick to respond to messages and she is very kind! I love that a gate was added to be able to enter the property. The oceanfront view is amazing and the location to Flora-Bama and Orange Beach is perfect. It’s convenient but still quiet and fairly private. The house is comfortable and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We will definitely stay again!

Great location

I loved that this was a tiny little unit among many larger condo buildings. The private beach was awesome and the neighborhood was fun. This is not a high end condo but a cozy, family friendly place. Rania was very quick to respond to any issues we had.

Beautiful location!

We came down for a family vacation, the location is amazing! The beach is beautiful and the condo being in a small complex with close parking is really convenient compared to the high rises around the area. The decor is cute and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It would be nice to have a few extra cleaning supplies handy, but overall this was the perfect place for our family, we had a wonderful time!

Great place!

This place was perfect for us! We had 8 people and the condo fit us perfectly. It's in a nice location right on the beach, only a short walk to a couple of restaurants, and it has a great ocean view. I would definitely stay again!

Steps away from the beach

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The beach was literally steps away from the door. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. The host always got back to me in a timely manner with any questions I had. Thank you Rania for hosting us!

Great location

Great time and a cute place

Really enjoyed staying here. Was a great place except for a few details which what you would expect with just being through a hurricane. Can tell they have done some work. Great access to Flora-bama bar. Great place to check out. Easy access to everything. Would recommend 👌
