Beautiful views of the beach and gulf from a private balcony on the 4th floor, master with King, second bedroom with queen and two bunks. It is a perfect getaway for families or two couples.

Sandy Key Complex is now a Smoke Free facility also.

New to this unit, nothing but 5 stars since we started rental program. This place is fantastic, over 1,200 square feet with a large private balcony, two pools with one heated through the winter, hot tub, workout room and tennis court that can be converted for pickleball. We looked at a lot of condos before purchasing this and there are NONE closer to the beach! There is a ground floor storage unit for your convenience, so you don’t have to haul your beach stuff upstairs every day!!

Living room, kitchen and dining room is very spacious as well as both bedrooms. Living room has a new 58” Smart TV with soundbar for Movie watching for evenings in. Both bedrooms have TVs as well.

Kitchen is very well appointed with stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences of home including regular and Keurig coffee makers. There is a washer and dryer there for your convenience.

The condo is conveniently located with restaurants, shops and grocery stores within 5 minutes. Orange beach is less than 10 minutes, Pensacola is a 30 minute drive but offers a lot of entertainment options as well including minor league baseball.

Perfect condo

This condo was perfect! It was clean, had a beautiful view, comfortable, and the owner was easily accessible. The master bed was super comfy! The air conditioner worked great. The beach is just one short walkover away. All appliances were top notch. We will be back for sure!

Fantastic!

Perfect location! Condo was very clean and layout was perfect! View of the beach and all the amenities were spot on! Storage unit on ground floor was so convenient for storing all our beach stuff! Owner was so kind and responded quick with answers to our questions! We will definitely book again! Highly recommend this condo! The beach was also great, we had no issues with other beach goers for spots, no fights or any drama!

Great stay, loved the area and the amenities.

Conga was as advertised, clean and well stocked. The amenities were nice, beach was clean and we love the Perdido area as it is a little less crowded.

Excellent stay!

This property is just as described. Sandy Key is my favorite beach and this condo is great. Communication with the owner is the best I’ve ever had and I definitely recommend this property.

Perfect Beach Condo

The condo was well maintained with plenty of everything to make us comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony seemed more spacious than other places we have stayed. The complex and the grounds were very well maintained. Very convenient.

Great place!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We loved everything about this condo! The furnishings were great, it was very clean, and the beach front location was perfect. We definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Family vacation 2024

The unit was perfect for our stay. We had the best view of the ocean and saw dolphins several times. The property was well kept, and we didn't have any issues. Everything was quiet and peaceful.

Great place

We enjoyed everything about our time there. Weather,pool,spa,gym,view and condo perfect. Close to great restaurants, grocery stores, Target/Walmart. Great view, dolphins every day.would definitely return if we are coming to perdido key again

Beautiful, clean property- great vaca spot

I love this location on perdido key- this property is super clean and has everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Great views- we saw dolphins jumping from the patio! Owner is great w communication- would stay here again! Thank you so much to owner!

GREAT LOCATION

Condo was perfect! Away from the noisy busy streets but close enough to Orange Beach or Pensacola Beach if you wanted to go for the day. I asked several questions and the host responded immediately everytime. Highly recommend for and family!!

Wonderful condo

The condo is lovely and is located right on the beach. The location of the condo in regards to the beach, pool, and elevator was great. The host was very responsive and easy to speak with. I definitely recommend staying here if in the area.

Nice property with great view, beach access + covered deck/patio!

This property was very nice! Great location and view of gulf/beach. Bed was comfortable, as was all furniture. The covered deck/patio was enjoyed by all. Restaurants and grocery are nearby. Great home away from home!
