check in was a breeze! we had the code for the door lock and the security guard at the condo/parking area gave us additional information about the parking and unloading our things. One of the biggest issues was the elevators were constantly breaking down and we actually got stuck in one of them for about 20 minutes! Also, someone in one of the other condos close to us was always outside on their balcony smoking pot so we couldnt enjoy using our balcony!

This is a must stay. The locations is mins away from everything on the strip. The view of the ocean was great and relaxing. The master bedroom bed is super soft and comfy and the shower is super hot. I would recommend 10 outta 10 times

Labor Day Week Vacation.

We’ve stayed at Ocean Reef several times over the past few years and love the location. The communication with the property manager was very good and the condo was as described on the listing. The unit was clean and worked well for us. However, we do wish that there were some beach accessories available for use, having to bring all beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach wagon was a bit of a pain. The king bed in the master suite definitely needs to be updated as it was not very comfortable and I would also suggest much better lighting in the condo as it was very dim, almost to the point of hurting our eyes. Unrelated to the condo itself is the elevator issues at Ocean Reef. We actually got stuck on one and the fire department had to get us out. This has been a recurring problem at ocean reef and is definitely a determining factor as far as choosing this condo complex again. I

Nice place and clean

Overall this was a great place to stay. The only issue we had was there were no parking passes in the condo upon arrival. However, we communicated with southern and the condo owner/manager dropped them off the following morning. Also the parking garage does not adequately accommodate large vehicles.

We stayed at this condo during Gulf Coast Jam. It was the perfect location! It was roomy and spacious, very clean and we loved sitting on the balcony!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just like it was pictured online. However, I do feel like it could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. When I took the sheets off the bed, at the end of the trip, I noticed that the mattress cover had a spot on it. It was not a stain, it looked like it had not been changed.

For the most part good place. But for the price I feel should of been over the top nice. Only major complaint is the floors were filthy on day one made our feet black.

Don't park in the overflow

Our truck was vandalized in the parking lot. Someone drilled a hole in our gas tank, costing us $1600 to get it fixed. Otherwise, the property was very nice and had no other issues. Just had a bad experience.

Here to tell a story about my PCB condo 😁

Okay so all jokes aside. I really enjoyed my stay in the condo. It was clean and well laid out. Property management made sure everything was secure and there wasn't any nonsense going on. I appreciate that. Only small small issue I had was when I tried to change the master bedroom sheets they fresh sheet set was too small. But wasn't a big deal we just washed the ones was the bed and easily put them back on. I do like the face they had hard floors. We'll definitely stay at OCEAN REEF again for a 3rd time lol.

Softball World Series

The condo was very spacious. Loved the big balcony! My family of 5 fit perfect with room to spare. It was more spacious than what the pictures showed. The only thing I had a slight problem with was, there were no small or medium frying pans. I had to go buy one. There weren’t any big plastic stirring spoons either, but we made due with what there was. I would definitely stay at this same condo again if we ever come back to PCB!!

Amazing location

This is our third summer visiting Panama City. You can’t beat the location of this condo. Great location to restaurants, shopping , and fun activities. Condo was clean and provided the basic amenities needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately we won’t be back

Had super loud partying neighbors on all 4 sides. (Above and below) our neighbors above us were clearly smoking weed on their balcony and the people next door smoked cigarettes so we couldn’t ever sit outside. Cleanliness was a 0/5. I spent most of the first day cleaning. It was awful. Won’t be back and won’t be recommending to any friends.

Great Vacation

The condo was absolutely amazing. What you see is what you get. Awesome ocean views, clean and probably the best place we have ever stayed in. We will definitely be booking this condo again. We all can’t wait to go back.

Not a good trip

No luggage carts, condo much smaller than expected for the price, kitchen has the bare minimum, master bedroom very small only room for 1 night stand, no place unpack no luggage stand. Floor was dirty, turned feet black. Expected a much better place for $300+ per night.
