This spacious and comfortable air conditioned condo has a great view. Delight in whale watching during the winter months. Enjoy dining, and sunsets from your lanai



The Space:

Discover paradise in this air-conditioned condo with expansive ocean views, situated in the private Alihi Lani community. This ground-floor corner unit offers two master suites. A new King-size Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress guarantees a comfortable stay. Relax on two private lanais and utilize the fully equipped kitchen. Beach gear is provided for your Kauai adventures. The property is surrounded by meticulously manicured landscaping and vibrant tropical flowers. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen sofa bed and a pack-n-play. Enjoy poolside BBQs and dine al fresco on your ocean-view lanai or at the spacious poolside tables. A full-size washer and dryer are included in the unit for your convenience. Pack and Play cribs are available upon request, on a first come, first serve basis.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire condominium, including the outdoor pool and all amenities. Enjoy the oceanfront location and views, along with convenient features like air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and free parking.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on the south side, our condo offers an excellent location for experiencing the best of Koloa. Prepare to be mesmerized by breathtaking sunsets right from your doorstep. Keep an eye out for playful dolphins, graceful sea turtles, and majestic humpback whales, often visible just offshore. A leisurely stroll will take you to a variety of restaurants, art galleries, and shops, perfect for exploring the local culture and cuisine. Enjoy the convenience of having everything you need within easy reach, making your stay truly unforgettable.



Getting Around:

Public transportation options include the Kauai bus, Uber, and Lyft. Bike rentals are available nearby. The most convenient way to explore Kauai is often by rental car. Free parking is available on the premises.



Other Things to Note:

Free onsite parking 1 vehicle per home. Additional parking is available down the street.

Your Host Supplies an ample Starter Set of Paper Products. Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels and Kleenex. If you run out, you will need to supply additional for your use.

If you need a Late Check-Out, and it is possible, the rate is one half the nightly rate plus Hawaiian State Tax. The late departure fee must be paid to Dream Vacations Kauai prior to your check-out date. This option allows you to stay in the home until 10 pm on the day of departure.

No pets are allowed. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the condo or on the lanai; a $350 cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.

This condo is in a great location, ocean front and close to shopping and restaurants. The AC worked wonderfully our entire stay. Parking is right outside the door and the complex was very quiet. Check in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Wonderful condo along the ocean

After an initial hiccup getting into the condo, we enjoyed it endlessly! It is perfectly located to allow you to do all of the south side activities with ease. The pool always felt private as I was usually in it by myself. The fan and AC controls took a bit to get figured out, but was able to get the rooms at a comfortable temp. I really loved the dual sliding doors to the lanai…just drew you outside to enjoy the weather. I would stay here again next time I return to Kauai!

Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

We loved our stay in Alihi Lani #1. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with the dishes required to make family meals. The view was outstanding such y the that we did not go out for dinner much as we had the best view from our condo - whale watching and beautiful sunsets.

Yes this property is a bit more costly than others, however our group of boomers and millennials all agreed that it was worth it. From the fabulous oceanfront location where we sat on lounge chairs watching the dolphins and sea turtles, to having a swim in the sparkling clean pool, barbecuing on the grill, and just relaxing on the lanai, this home has it all. The well stocked beach toy closet is also a big plus. We highly recommend this rental property and would go again. There was a hitch in communication with the property management company but in the end it was resolved.

This condo was wonderful! Great layout, plenty of room for our family of 5. Having a second bathroom is so helpful. Nicely furnished. The air mattress on the sofa bed was actually comfortable! The patio has a fantastic view of the ocean! Steps from the pool so hubby and I could hang out there while kids swam. The condo is very well stocked with staples (paper products, kitchen staples, laundry detergent etc) which is super helpful. Great location, close to lots of tours, walking distance to one upscale shopping center and less than 5 minute drive to another nice shopping center. Definitely recommend!!

Superb location, views, and property

Superior experience at this rental property. The building and unit is top-notch maintained, and the most comfortable and functional experience we have had with a vacation rental. You will find thoughtful touches and all of the gear you need to not skip a beat with your vacation. Thankyou to the hostess for keeping in close contact should anything be needed and the local information provided was fantastic. I cant say enough about this property and its fabulous location. The ocean is just across a quiet street with a rocky beach where you can turtle-watch and meet many folks walking by enjoying the landscape. Also within walking distance to a plethora of boutique shops including coffee/breakfast. Groceries are also a short 3min drive. We may have to come back to Poipu specifically because of our easy and enjoyable stay. Thankyou Cynthia for creating such an experience.

Return to Kauai

The location was fabulous. The TV situation was sub-optimal The TV's did not have the same remotes for each of them.One of the remotes was mangled. There were no complete instructions for the TV's. We had to get a service man to help with using TV's. The bed in the secondary bedroom was made by having 2 twin mattresses. The height difference between the two mattresses was 1 1/2-2". These are all things which were tolerable, but should have been corrected before anyone stayed.

Could not have been more perfect

Not only does this property have an amazing view -- if I could sit out on that lanai every morning my blood pressure would be great -- but it was clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen was equipped wonderfully. We walked in and as my son said, we hit a home run with this condo. It felt like home, even live plants were there. This is a two bedroom which was perfect for us with another couple, two great bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, each with A/C. Cynthia, the contact was wonderful. If we return we will want a one bedroom but I will hope to go through Cynthia again. I can not honestly say anything negative for this property except for the air conditioning being noisy but Cynthia has told me that is being replaced. You can walk to beaches, which is nice if there are two couples who do not want to do the same thing. The beach there is a coarse sand so it does make walking on the sand a bit more difficult but you can walk along the walkway in front of hotels and condos on the way to the beach. I would return here in a heartbeat. What more can I say?

No pool, noisy, unhealthy cement particle dust

Very,very disappointed, we went to this particular property because we are familiar with the location. Beautiful view of the ocean, a swimming pool in front of our door step. And a quiet area. But, the 2nd day after arriving a sign was put up that there will be pool maintenance, the pool out of service until the following week. This was not mentioned at all before our arrival. So, not only did we not have pool use at our door step, but we had screeching noise from the machines taking tile off the sides of the pool and fine cement particles flying around most of the day. Then even our view was obstructed when they tented the pool. This made a very frustrating vacation, not relaxing at all. Dust, noise and no view. Totally unacceptable and not thoughtful of the owners to shut the comlpex down completely until the job was completed. This company should compensate by refunding the 5 days at $513.00 a day. We would have looked for another place had we known. Totally unacceptable .
