Authentic 18th century stone village house of 60 m² air-conditioned with bright terrace. Free parking 200 meters from the accommodation. Perfectly located in the city center and close to shops (butcher, delicatessen, market gardener, bakeries, newsagent, restaurants, pizzerias, u express). Quiet for a perfect stay and quick access to outdoor activities.

It offers 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 with sofa bed, the velux window of this room has no blind) as well as 2 single beds on the mezzanine that can accommodate 5 people, a fully equipped kitchen with worktops and a dishwasher. You will have a living room, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine and a bathroom (only the shower is available, taking baths is not possible). A terrace with a standing table with 5 bar stools and garden furniture will allow you to enjoy superb meals in the shade of an awning in a quiet and without a screw via.

It is located equidistant from Montpellier and Nîmes, 10 minutes by car from Aigues-Mortes and its famous ramparts.
Close to the Petite and Grande Camargue (Saintes Maries De La Mer).
15 minutes from the beaches of Grau Du Roi, l'Espiguette, Port Camargue and its first European marina as well as the beaches of La Grande Motte Grand and Petit Travers, Carnon plage, Palavas les flots.
You will also have access to the Casinos, Luna Park, water park, Seaquarium, many water activities for adults and children.
Close to the Saintes Maries de la Mer and the exceptional Camargue Regional Natural Park and countless must-see manades in the region.

Gîte nickel pour famille (literie impeccable)

Bien localisé, nous avons pu aussi bien visiter les villes que profiter de la nature (plage, salins etc…) / quartier calme. Gite équipé pour recevoir une famille (pour notre part 2 enfants). Côté cuisine, je n’ai manqué de rien et j’ai particulièrement apprécié avoir un frigo/congel. Côté sommeil, toutes les literies étaient impeccables (et pas seulement celles des parents, les ados aussi ont eu droit à un matelas qui ne casse pas le dos !). Partie séjour et connection internet : confortable et possibilité pour nous, pendant que les ados regardent leurs émissions, de surfer sur notre tablette sans aucun ralentissement. La climatisation fonctionne très bien, nous l’avons allumée chaque soir en rentrant. Terrasse : petite mais sans vis à vis (on y a pris nos repas tous les soirs). Bref, un séjour agréable dans un gîte qui correspondait à nos besoins et un proprio sympa et joignable facilement.

Très bon séjour

Logement très fonctionnel avec terrasse dans cette maison de ville. À proximité du Grau du Roi, Aigues Mortes, Nîmes, Pont du Gard. Village très calme. À noter une seule chambre est entièrement fermée; en mezzanine chambre avec Velux et rideaux pour obturer la lumière. La chambre adjacente au séjour a un Velux sans volet, ce qui n’a pas dérangé mon fils de 15 ans! Je recommande !

Vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gîte au calme. La ville de Montpellier est proche et les plages à 15/20 minutes. Cela permet de passer des vacances variées.

Très agréable, propriétaire très gentil

Super séjour. La maison est très agréable. Le proprietaire était très gentil et disponible. De nombreuses places de parking à proximité. Marsillargues en soi n‘a pas beaucoup de charme et est un peu mort. Mais on est très bien situé pour toutes les activités: Visite de Nîmes ou Montpellier, plage, activités camarguaises. Merci à Iowa.

Super rapport qualité prix

Idéal pour visiter le coin sur une semaine ! Logement très agréable et décoré avec soin. Literie très confortable. Climatisation, ventilateurs et terrasse hyper appréciable. Bon emplacement. Propriétaire très gentil, disponible et honnête. Nous étions 4 + 1 chien. Je recommande vivement 👍

Famille très sympathique et respectueuse du lieu et des règles. J'ai pris grand plaisir à les accueillir dans mon logement et les recevrait à nouveau sans hésitations. Je les recommande les yeux fermés.
