Fantastic place!

This place was perfect for a relaxing family weekend! With all the amenities, linens and equipment you need. Also close to activities like kayaking and snorkeling if you want to explore. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely return!

Great trip!

We enjoyed our stay at Kawama. The condo was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The owner, Beatriz, was great to work with. My children enjoyed the new pirate playground. The view from this condo was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing weekend!

Love this apartment a home away from home! The view is just breathtaking we had the weekend well planned with all types of activities but spending it in the apartment was so relaxing, spending time in the premises pool was great too! The apartment is excellently equipped. Please if you read this make sure you rent it you will love it! Have fun.

Our Vacation

We loved our "home away from home" at Kawama Yacht Club #2218. This condo is oceanfront, spacious & immaculate. Located right on the ocean, it includes all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the amazing views and all the activities close by. The Kawama Yacht Club #2218 is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Key Largo. It is close to "everything". We had a wonderful time. We look forward to another visit! Thank you!!!

This is a very nice apartement with a lovely view.

Is was easy to find, in a gated community. The apartment was nice and clean, the kitchen was funcktionel but worn, the mail pool was under construction, and other pools was over crowded. And there are no sandy beaches on Key Largo. But we enjoyed our stay anyway.

Perfect for our week of fishing

Condo was extreamly clean and fit our four man crew just fine. We brought a boat and rented a slip in the marina. It worked out nicely. However we had a 25' boat and couldn't use the ramp. We launched from Pennicamp SP just down the road. The marina has a fish cleaning board and ice machine do very convenient. When I come back I'll will denfintly stay here again.

Great place to stay in Key Largo!

My group of 5 spent 6 nights here while we were diving with Rainbow Reef. The condo is in great shape and was very comfortable with a lovely view. Although there was some work being done on the building we really didn't notice any significant construction noise. The location is quiet but close to numerous restaurants and places to shop - not close enough that you won't need a car to get around though. It was just a short drive to the marina where the Rainbow Reef dive boats dock so it worked out great for my group. Checking in was a breeze and Beatriz returned our deposit very quickly following our stay. Beats staying in a hotel any day!

Great Condo

The condo was very nicely updated and furnished. The ocean view was great. We cooked in some and ate out some. The kitchen was well equipped and a nice table for the family to eat at. A washer/dryer was there at the unit, so easy to keep things fresh while relaxing at night. The owner was very responsive and helpful with all our requests. Other owners and guests we met were all very nice. The only downside was outside the owner's control in that the hurricane damaged the tower pool, which looked to be the nicest. Also some damage still to be repaired on the places to hang out along the ocean. We used the other pools and the kids had fun in the lagoon.

VIEW WAS A WOW

We stayed 4 nights and found the 2 bedroom unit to be very clean and roomy. The unit overlooks a small marina and looks directly out on the ocean. The unit itself is up to date and quite comfortable. The exterior of the building (5 floors) was being prep'ed for a rework. We had been informed of the upcoming renovations before our rental. The keys are not known for the beaches enjoyed by rest of Florida. There is access to the ocean, albeit shallow waters inside the reef, which lies about 5 miles offshore. The Kawama property is very nice, but alittle dated. The pool which lies just below the unit is quite nice and is very close. The landlord was very responsive and gave us the total cost without any addons. Also, our deposit was returned very quickly. We will return here in lieu of hotels, which we normally use, and we will recommend this unit to others who may be planning a Keys vacation.

Beautiful condo with amazing view

Beautiful property to use as a base when exploring Key Largo. Comfortable furnishings and full kitchen with everything needed to cook and eat there, including dishwasher. We stayed here after a trip to Universal so it was nice to have private laundry room. Nice chairs and picnic areas down by ocean. Nice pool. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Kawama Tower Condo Vacation

This property was sparkling clean, had wonderful amenities and appliances, was beautifully decorated and was simply perfect for our family vacation. The views looking over the marina and ocean were breathtaking. The property owner communicated extremely well with us and provided just the right amount of detail for our relaxing get-away.

Great Spot

This unit was great for a wedding weekend with friends. The space was clean, comfortable and centrally located to everything around us. The guard gate did not have our names and rental information when we arrived, so checking in was a little difficult, but it wasn't a major setback. The refrigerator's water filter yelled at us all weekend because it's expired, but the host was made aware and said she would be replacing it after our trip. Also, we searched for hours for the orange pool bands that were mentioned in all of the house rules but could not find them. We didn't go to the pool because we didn't want to get I trouble. After finally reaching out to the host, she told us they no longer use them for the pool. Kind of an annoyance, but bot the end of the world. Overall, this was a great stay and perfect for our group. The unit was spacious, views were great and we all enjoyed ourselves. We would certainly stay here again!

Clean and nice view

Nice, clean. We were in town for a wedding and this was just a perfect place for 2 couples to stay. My one recommendation is for the owner to put in a Kuerig coffee maker.

Exactly what our family was looking for.

My family just returned from Key Largo for a destination wedding. We stayed with extended family at a resort in town for the first part of our stay and ended the trip at Kawama Tower. Beatriz had sent me the details of our stay ahead of time which made the mid week transition super smooth for us. We wanted to stay on the island a little longer to relax and explore with our kids. The condo had absolutely everything we needed, was clean, safe, and affordable. Location was perfect, easy drive to both Marathon for our fishing trip and to Fort Lauderdale for our flight. The pool area was quiet enough to stretch out and bond with our kids. Atmosphere was perfect and low key, gazebos on the beach were very relaxing, and the marina at night was breathtaking. We visited Dolphins Plus on the way out and that was a fun experience also. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to sit back and relax. Beatriz does a great job with this condo and hosting guests, so glad we fumbled upon it while browsing places on VRBO.

Beautiful condo with a million dollar view!

We loved our getaway vacation here! Friendly people, perfect location to explore the keys from, and great food at the Pilot House right on property! Our condo owner Beatriz was very helpful and easy to work with! Will definitely return!

It was perfect!

Lovely condo on very nice property

The view was fantastic, overlooking the water. Very spacious master bedroom and newly remodeled bathrooms. Beatriz was great at communication. We snorkeled in the lagoon and spent time at the pool. Would recommend
