We strive to provide all the amenities of home for our Guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cutlery, pots & pans, cooking utensils etc. So glad you experienced the beautiful sunrises from the beach area! Surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on 3 sides, the beach area and 400' jetty are the perfect places to enjoy sunsets and sunrises. And i agree that our condo is in a great location... on the Atlantic Ocean coast and secluded on all sides. Our location is about 1 mile from the main commercial area of Key Largo, so guests don't hear any noise, yet, multiple retail outlets, drug stores, restaurants, attractions and excursions are conveniently nearby. We strive to provide our guests with all the amenities of home, and our condo is a great home base from which to explore The Keys. Happy travels, Marianne

We had a great stay at this condo. The amenities in site were excellent - we loved the option of two pools, but tower pool alone was perfect. We sat by the fire pit while the guys fished in the evening- even cooked burgers and fresh caught fish on the grills. Located near the best snorkeling and fishing amd lots of local eateries. We had a wind storm so decided to day trip to key west- wasn’t in the plan but had a great time !

So happy that you enjoyed the fire pits and bbq grills at the beach area, especially cooking up your fish that you freshly caught from the 400' jetty! Our location, being so close to many reefs, is amongst the best scuba diving and snorkeling in the Keys, and there are many nearby options for fishing. We chose this property because of its location and friendliness towards boaters, specifically Jet Skiers. We brought our two Jet Skis on a double trailer. We had to provide proof that we had 300k worth of liability insurance, which wasn't a problem. They have a storage yard for the skis and a nice, protected private boat ramp. There are multiple hose bibs on site for rinsing off boats after use. Security on site was a huge plus. From the boat ramp to the Dry Rocks snorkel site, which is where the Christ of the Abyss statue is, is about ten miles. There are many cool dive sites and sandbars nearby. May through August is Sargasso weed season, so we did have to clean out the Jet Ski intakes regularly while riding. During this season, don't expect to have a beach experience, however, the multiple pools on site were very nice.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The tower pool was perfect for relaxing and playing with the kids. Private laundry and two bathrooms were really nice. The host and cleaning personnel were easy to reach. The only thing I would recommend is new living and dining room furniture; the couch, chairs, and stools were not comfortable for gathering around the tv after a day in the sun. Thank you for providing beach towels. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was perfect. Everything we needed. We had lots of fun and the views are stunning.

Clean pretty unit with a lot of space!! Excellent location with a special pool and so close to the beach area where you can watch sunsets and sun rises. We also sat and had a fire on the beach. True paradise. Host was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

There's a walking path around the salt water lagoon/lake in the middle of the property. The Tower's open-air atrium with it's gardens is also well kept. Our housekeeper has been with us for 14 years and she does a fantastic job in between renters preparing our condo for our next set of Guests. We strive to keep the condo well stocked and provide all the amenities of home. We remain readily available to answer our Guests questions to ensure a pleasurable stay. Happy travels, Marianne

Yes, our condo is situated in a beautiful location, quietly nestled on the Atlantic Ocean coast about 1 mile away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial area of Key Largo, and surrounded by nature reserves and about 270 degree views of the ocean. 24x7 security is provided at our quiet, gated community. It is highly recommended to watch sunsets and sunrises from our 400' jetty which jets out into the Atlantic Ocean. You may also wish to fish from here, or simply take in the ocean breeze. Our upscale 2 2 condo is indeed spacious with approx. 1300 sf of space in an open-concept design fanning out to magnificent views of the Yacht Club marina and ocean beyond. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances, and a private laundry room is included for your use. We strive to provide all the amenities of home. Just pack your bags and enjoy! We enjoyed the property. The keys were a little difficult to access I believe because the lock box is older. An upgraded one would be nice. We stayed 2 nights and slept great both nights! Some leftover food was seen stuck on the silverware which kind of grossed us out. The rug at the front entryway should be removed as it doesn’t stay put on the floor and could easily be a tripping hazard. The bathrooms are updated and nice but the furniture could use an update. The pool was great and very close to the unit. The fishing area is kind of a hike but reasonable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and has everything you need for your stay. I especially appreciated that it is pet friendly. We didn’t use the pool but the beach area with the covered seating was very relaxing. Great communication with the host!

We love Key Largo, all the fun of Key West but without the crowds. This is a great condo located on a beautiful property with so many wonderful amenities. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was very well appointed. The owner and the housekeeper were so easy to work with, and the sunsets of Key Largo did not disappoint!

Great time at Kawama

Marianne's place was very nice, clean, and it has everything you need for your stay. Great location and the property has lots of amenities.

And, our condo is on the side of the hexagonally-shaped Tower building that provides Ocean views. The Tower pool is just steps away, adjacent to the Marina. Great that you loved our condo... we put a lot of thought and effort into furnishing and decorating our condo with top end appliances, beds/mattresses, new bathrooms, and all the amenities of home! The location on the Atlantic Coast, with Ocean views is beautiful! Lots of restaurants, retail outlets, excursions/water sports and attractions are nearby. You'll have a hard time reaching agreement on what to do next! Just pack your bags and enjoy!!! Happy travels, Marianne

We're the proud owners of this beautiful Tower condo overlooking the yacht club and the Atlantic Ocean, as shown in the photo above looking back from the 400' Esplanade to our Kawama Tower building. It will give you a good idea of our beautiful condo, it's location relative to ocean views (it is directly facing the yacht club marina and ocean) and the Kawama Yacht Club property. Note that our condo is in the white Tower building closest to the ocean and isn't one of the townhomes which are further inland.

Key Largo is close to both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale International Airports, and is a fantastic island from which to explore the Keys. We bought this condo as we loved its spacious open concept layout, spectacular ocean views, 2 bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms, and private laundry room. We also liked the oceanfront location of Kawama, without any noise from the Intercoastal Hwy (US#1). All amenities and attractions are so close, and the Keys atmosphere prevails. Location is the best of both worlds! Kawama offers 24x7 gated security, and many on-property amenities.

Kawama is situated well off of US#1, and is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean on one side, 'parkland' with John Pennekamp State Park adjacent to the north and a bird sanctuary to the southwest. The 400' esplanade is actually owned by Pennekamp State Park. Very quiet and relaxing location, with beautiful professionally maintained grounds. Yet it is so conveniently located to the major shopping areas and restaurants in Key Largo. The large "lagoon" or lake, which is attached to the ocean and rises and falls with the tides, is also a unique feature offered by our Kawama property, and is great for non-motorized watercraft, swimming, scuba diving, not to mention feeding the many colourful fish that stocked here.
