Great place to stay. Great communication with owner, quick and prompt replies with any questions. Greatest porch in the resort!!!! Well equipped kitchen, this has everything you need for a relaxing stay and BONUS the owner texts early entry when the unit is ready!!!!

Better than glamping!

Love staying in RV parks without having to deal with pulling and parking one. Loved the huge pool, pet friendly areas and access to the beach. Communication was great and we had everything we needed. Hope to come back some day!

Lovely property right by the beach!

It was great to be so close to the beach as well as lots of other activities. The beach house is so cute and had everything we needed, and the owner was easy to communicate with and on top of everything. Excellent stay!!

All was comfy & cozy. Well stocked kitchen with all the necessities we forgot ! Enjoyed sitting on the deck . We will visit again when we have some better weather and can sit on the beach !!!

Our stay was wonderful. The place is very cozy, nice and well set up for a great time at the beach. Property owner Steve is very nice and it seems like his priority is for the guests to have a great time. Would highly recommend this place to stay at.

Great stay

Property is clean and well managed. Beach is beautiful and not crowded, walk to the beach is not bad. The family pool is very nice. This is our 2nd trip staying at * 63 and hope to be back. The owners are excellent easy to communicate with.

Perfect Vacation

My family has campers so this little house gives me the opportunity to go “camping” with them but have my own space. Repeat customer. Really enjoy staying here.

Great getaway

Love this getaway! This is our second time staying here. The property is extremely clean and the Stephan js easy to reach if there is anything you need. Will definitely be back again and always spreading the word about this little piece of paradise.

We love this place!

We love staying at Steve and Sherry's place at Bryn Mawr! We have been staying at their place for the past few years. We did not have the best weather this year but it we still had a great time. Can't wait to go back next summer!

Great Stay

It was clean and well stocked. Steve was very responsive to our questions when we first arrived, which got our stay off to a great start. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and feeling the ocean breeze. I recommend staying here. We will be back.

Beach & porch - win win

We’ve rented from Stephen I think 3 times now & each time he has added a few more “touches” to his property so that his guests enjoy their stay. It really is the perfect place for us whether it be just me or me & the hubs. There really were no downsides.

Stay at Bryn Mawr

This rental is everything the ad says. Steve was an excellent host. The rental was immaculate and very well set up. Plenty of dishes, pans etc. the beach and heated pool were an easy walk. Lots of area restaurants. Internet was very weak and needs improvement.

Restful home and great location

Our 1st Vrbo experience and it was wonderful! Stephen gave detailed guidance.Home was as advertised and even better in that area was quiet for a great night’s sleep and just relaxing and reading on the porch; beaches clean with easy, multiple access. Tennis court available plus pickle ball courts. Neighbors friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back 😀

I spent most of my childhood in St. Augustine and I have been coming to Bryn Mawr for years. I like old Florida style living. I love the that you can park the vehicle in front of the porch and walk right in. No elevators, corridors or hallways like most condos have. The people who stay in the community are always friendly and it's a great place for kids of all ages. So much to do here!
