Chalet Lykke for families, jacuzzi, billard, kids playroom, charges included

Chalet Lykke is the ideal place for unique moments with the family, for the happiness of both young and older. Located on a sunny hillside of Gérardmer, chalet Lykke is in a quiet residential area, while being close to the city center (2km), the lake and many walking trails in the forest. It is also situated about 4 km from the ski station la Mauselaine. The chalet has been totally renovated in 2023 and offers a breathtaking view of the valley and the ski slopes of Gérardmer.
Its four bedrooms are spread over two floors, accommodating up to 8 people and a baby. On the ground floor you have a separate entrance to store your jackets and shoes, a bathroom with toilet, basin and a walk-in shower; a bedroom with double bed (160/200) and a living room of 60 m2 including a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine (filter and nespresso krups), toaster, kettle, raclette machine). From the dining area you can enjoy your coffee in the morning with a splendid view of the sunrise, or step out onto the garden to breathe in the fresh mountain air. The living room is equipped with a smart TV and a wood insert, with access to the spacious balcony of 30 m2 facing south. Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and double sink, 3 bedrooms, 1 with two single beds (90/200) and 2 with double bed (160/200) and access to a balcony with a magnificent view of the ski slopes. In the basement there is a garage for one car with an outlet 3,7 kW for charging electric cars and storage for skis / bikes / stroller as well as a table tennis board. You also have a games room for children with toys and board games and TV, a room with a pool table and TV, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Outside you can enjoy a private garden with sun loungers and barbecue in the summer, and a large covered terrace at the back with a jacuzzi heated all year for your moments of relaxation. For cars, you will have 2 additional spaces outside.
Behind the chalet, you have access to a large enclosed area that is reserved for our two chalets, where the kids can have fun on the trampoline (during summer) and the play structure, while you enjoy a game of pétanque on the boules pitch. In the summer you might see cows or horses visiting the neighbour field, or you could be lucky to see a fox or a deer early in the morning.

The chalet is heated by radiators thanks to a heat pump and a wood insert. Upstairs, you have a hot/cold heat pump that makes the temperature pleasant in both winter and summer. Included in the price are variable charges (wifi, water, heating and electricity) and house linens. The beds are made before arrival and we provide one shower towel per person, but no beach towel.
