Our split bedroom floor plan 2BR/2BA NON-SMOKING UNIT is located at the Royale Palms at Kingston on the North side of Myrtle Beach. Our property is family owned and well taken care of. Royale Palms is a great place for families to enjoy all year round. The unit has plenty of room for you to lounge with 1600+ sq feet inside and a large balcony outside. Balcony is accessible from the living room as well as both bedrooms and provides a view of the beautiful grounds and the sounds of the ocean.

This property is located on the quiet ground floor and is a short scenic stroll to the beach. No need to wait on the elevators! Also located just around the corner from the unit are the sand bottom pool, the owners pool, as well as another large pool and a shallow kids pool. In addition, there are several hot tubs available. Rental only includes pool passes for access to all Hilton Pools!!

This property has many upgrades that we know you and your family with love. Including a large living area with 9ft ceilings and a 65' flat screen TV. You'll enjoy the Spectrum cable Gold package and it's top tier cable programming. All channels including all of the sports channels, HBO, Showtime, Starz , - over 300 channels. You will also be able to enjoy high speed internet, with over 200mps!

The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, bar stools, full-size Frigidaire Gallery appliances, filtered water as well as an ice maker, stainless steel sink with disposal and plenty of cabinet space. There is a Vitamix, a toaster, a coffee maker that can brew pods or a pot of coffee. In addition, the oven can also work as an air fryer. The kitchen has ample amounts of dishes, utensils, and pots and pans.

The master bedroom is carpeted and has a comfy King sized bed, a ceiling fan, a large walk in closet and a 50" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower with bench and rain shower head with removable shower wand , as well as dual sinks with granite counter tops.

Bedroom number two is carpeted and has two comfy queen sized beds, a ceiling fan, a 50" flat screen TV and a walk in closet.

The secondary bathroom is large and is accessible from the living area. There is are granite counter tops and a large walk-in shower with a bench as well as an oversized shower head and removable shower wand.

The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board and built in cabinetry for additional storage.

- Linens and towels are provided as well as hand soap, trash bags, and toilet paper.

- Free parking in the parking garage- no resort parking fees required!

The unit was perfect. Very clean, updated, spacious, and had everything our family needed. Andrew and Joyce were great with communication and made the entire experience awesome. Not all units in the building have access to the Hilton pools, but this unit does. If you have small children, you want that amenity! The very kid friendly sand pool was a favorite of the family. 10/10!!

This was such a nice & spacious rental! So convenient to all the property has to offer. Quick walk to Pool, Beach and Hilton Lobby. Since this is a ground floor unit, there is no waiting for the elevator which is big plus! The deck was spacious and unit was nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped as well. We will definitely check if the unit is available when we visit again-Thank you!

Great softball trip location!

We have been visiting Myrtle Beach for the last 4 years as part of our daughter’s varsity team program. This was the nicest place so far of all our stays. The condo was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. The communication with the owner was excellent and extremely responsive. Wish we had found it in in prior years and this is our senior year and not sure we will be back to Myrtle any time soon. Would very much recommend this condo!

Nice unit

We have stayed in Royal palms for 5 years. This was our first time in this ground floor unit. It was clean, spacious and we enjoyed the balcony. Awesome being on ground level not needing any elevators. Owner was wonderful and easy to chat with. Nice place!

Wonderful condo and host!

This condo is so spacious and clean! The location on the first floor was wonderful and so easy to get to everything. The host was extremely helpful and easy to contact. Any question we had was quickly answered and checked back to insure we had a great stay. Would highly recommend this condo for your stay in Myrtle Beach.

Perfection at its finest!

If you have the opportunity to book this condo you are very fortunate. I have stayed in several condos at this property and this condo by far is the best! If I could give this condo 10 stars I would . This condo is furnished with upgraded appliances, towels, and mattress. The cleaning is impeccable. I didn't feel the need to clean the condo upon arrival which in the past with other condos I have. The location which is ground level is perfect! No slow elevators to wait on. Also, it is very convenient to the pools and beach. The other huge plus is that not only does it come with the Royale Palms private pool but also passes to the Hilton pool and sand bottom pool. I truly feel that I have struck gold in finding this condo. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful experience!

The property was exactly as described. While it doesn't have a good ocean view, the benefit of being on the ground floor and never having to use an elevaror was a far better trade. Andrew is the best host! We can't wait to book again!!

Perfection!

Loved this condo!! It’s more spacious than I could tell in the photos, and it was immaculate. It was also STOCKED so thoughtfully with everything we could need!! I was concerned about noise being on the first floor but it was so quiet! Convenient to the pools and I loved not having to wait for an elevator! I look forward to coming back!!!

The best! Will stay time and time again!

We can’t give this property or owners enough praise. We will stay time and time again. The location was great. The resort had multiple pools and places to eat which was a huge plus for us. Ground floor was great even though we couldn’t see the ocean we could hear it. The kitchen is was stocked with all you could you ever need. Andrew and Joyce were a pleasure to work with!

I wrote a short novel on why you should book this room, but I hit a 1500 word limit and realized I had to shorten it. Adding a bit of humor, b/c you can't go through life without it, I'm trying to give Andrew + Joyce the 5 star review they deserve while figuring out how to not make it difficult to book with them again b/c you will all want to book with them after this. -I will never not be sad about not having an ocean view, BUT I'll book this room every time b/c - NO elevator. It's worth it. TRUST ME. -The room was clean. Sometimes you're victim to the cleaning staff and that can be out of the owners control. But their cleaning crew left no stone unturned. - Everything they said would be there, was. We learned this isn't always the case with every owner. Everything you needed to cook was there: TP, PT, extra trash bags, the bathroom had soap. Parents: they had plastic plates + cups available. For a mom, it's the little things. - Andrew + Joyce remained easily and readily available throughout our entire stay, so when one small faux-pa happened as a result of the unit above us, maintenance was at our door before we were off the phone with them. - Andrew + Joyce put faith back in our VRBO experiences. All week, I heard nightmare stories from friends, and I, happily, had nothing but praise. From now on, we'll look for their name when booking again. Just don't everyone jump at once and make it difficult for us to get their room!!! - To Andrew + Joyce, thank you again. -

North Myrtle Beach - look no further

The most gorgeous, clean and updated apartment steps from the beach.. First floor, lacks the view but never a wait for the elevator!!! Andrew was very helpful and responsive!! Would stay again and again!!
