Modern and updated. Great location for our trip and much better than a hotel stay by far. If you're looking for a 5 star place to stay in the Lake City area, this is it! Very cute place and we stayed on a Monday-town was quiet.

This place is fantastic!Great, new, clean place in a perfect spot. Pictures don't show the 15' high ceilings - makes the unit visually huge.You can't be disappointed making this your decision.

Immaculate property right in the heart of town, 2 blocks off the Mississippi River. Owners were great with communication regarding stay. Will definitely rebook if back in that area.

Why would anyone stay in a Hotel???

We love our trips to the Wabasha area but, have struggled to find a peaceful, relaxing and quiet atmosphere with all the amenities of home; until now! What a gem of a loft! So impressed with this property; we will be booking again for our next stay. The location is absolutely perfect 🙌 so much within a comfortable walking distance. If you love quiet when you wish to retire for the day; you will so enjoy this place! Only thing I would suggest is to grab a bag of ice for your beverages 👍 Super comfortable bed, beautiful kitchen with everything you could want! Very tastefully decorated & the huge plus!!! No yucky hotel tissue or awful Kleenex 🎉 and towels just like home 🎉 so clean and no gross hotel carpeting! Yes this matters to us & I'm betting a number of you too! Just book it already! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fall getaway

The apartment was darling. Nice and clean and in a great location to walk downtown. We were impressed with how cute downtown wabasha was. All decorated for fall! Will stay here again if we do another fall trip in the area!

Great location

Great property and location for a weekend getaway with my husband for our 10 year anniversary. Close to lots of things within walking distance. My only complaint, which is minor, was the air conditioner was very loud. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Wabasha.

Reconnection Weekend

This was a great spot if you’re visiting the area! The unit itself was one of the cleanest, most updated and best stocked VRBOs we’ve stayed in with regards to kitchen utensils, toiletries, towels and linens. The location was within walking distance of everything Wabasha had to offer! We enjoyed a few of the local restaurants, breweries and wineries, paddle boarding some of the tributaries of the Mississippi, and the live music under the bridge that takes place on Fridays in Wabasha throughout the summer. Mike was super helpful and communicative as a host as well. This was a great spot for a quick weekend away from the cities and a quiet place to regroup! We would definitely rent again.

Poor Communication & unclean unit

My husband and I were excited for a weekend away and this location looked perfect. When we checked in we immediately noticed the shower and kitchen sink had not been cleaned at all. I messaged the host right away via the App and a few minutes later I also sent a text to the external number provided (around 4:30pm). I received no response from either message and my husband & I ultimately cleaned the remainder of the unit as needed. I waited until the next morning around 11am to message the hosts again via both platforms to advise we finished cleaning the unit and were disappointed with the communication. The host tried to make excuses claiming the unit was clean and it was hard water stains until I sent photos. Ultimately I wanted to give this unit 5 stars but can’t given the lack of communication and the unit only being partially clean. On a positive note everything is new in the unit, the stairwell and hallway is clean, well lit and quiet, the bed was comfortable and the unit gives you enough space to relax. Note: the A/C is loud so if you are a light sleeper you may need ear plugs. Street parking was easy and we were close to the river.
