Lake Front Condo on East Lake Okoboji in Bridges Bay Resort.

Beautiful, unobstructed views of East Lake Okoboji - INCLUDES 6 daily passes to the waterpark (when open - $168 daily value). 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with 1900+ square feet. The Coronado building is the closest in proximity to the waterparks, restaurants, bars, zipline and playground. This is a family friendly resort that has an indoor AND outdoor waterpark, basketball courts, arcade, zip lines and restaurants. Only a short drive from Arnold's Park amusement park, museums, live entertainment, and of course, boating and lake activities. You will never want to leave our home away from home!

*Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker and dinning wares)
*Linens and towels will be provided to guests for in-unit use.
*Pool towels are available at Boji Splash Waterpark / pool.
*Beach towels are not provided.
*Toiletries will be included
*WiFi connection available.
*Clean and well maintained.
*No pets allowed.
*Smoking not allowed inside or on patio/deck/balcony.
*Use of boat hoist will be considered for an extra charge of $110/night based on experience and availability - message owners to request.
This is a family friendly environment, and we hope to keep it that way. Because of this and HOA rules we DO NOT allow large groups celebrating bachelor / bachelorette (even if party is off-site). Evidence of failure to follow property rules will result in additional costs to guests or even termination of rental without refund. This property is monitored by exterior video/audio surveillance.

This place is exactly how the pictures show it. The view of the lake was spectacular and the patio is huge. Everything is very well maintained. The water park is very close and walkable too.

We celebrated Christmas in Okoboji and it did not disappoint! The photos of the condo were spot on, it’s a great space for adults and children. We had a blast doing movie night in the huge living space. We could see the kites and fireworks from the condo, which was super nice since it was freezing out. We will definitely be booking this space again. We enjoyed the arcade, indoor water park, and even the fitness center at Bridges Bay. Thanks again for a memorable trip!

We celebrated our family Christmas. It was a very nice large condo. Kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Also had toys and games for our grandkids. We enjoyed using the waterpark where the service was friendly and good. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

Incredible property!

This unit was amazing! Out on the deck you are completely private from anyone other than those out on the lake. Large unit that housed and slept 13 of us comfortably. We loved all the amenities and the access to the lake. We are considering an annual return!

Great location in Okaboji

Nice large place to stay for our group. We had young kids with us and it was a nice place to spread out in between activities. We were able accommodate little kids with naps while still being able to use the space for older kids/adults.

Our friend group of 7 ladies had a great time in Okoboji. The place was beautiful, plenty of beds and well stocked. Looking out over the water was so relaxing. All agree it would be fun to come again when more places are open and could enjoy the pool and lake.

Should have stayed longer

Great property and location. Loved the access to the water park and proximity to Arnolds Park. Only suggestion is a cart to move luggage would be helpful.

Amazing Weekend!

Everything at this property was excellent...It was clean with a great atmosphere...made us feel comfortable right away. View was spectacular, and Dan & Krista were great and communicated right away when we had questions... would stay there again and again!

Wonderful spot for group

We had 6 adults and 8 children and this property offered plenty of space and supplies to accommodate everyone. Great location for us as we went in the off season and did the indoor water park. Very lovely property with no issues. Very well maintained.

8 of us stayed including my husband and I, grown children and spouses and 7 year old granddaughter. Great view of lake. Beautiful condo with plenty of room, plenty of towels and fully stocked kitchen. We all loved it!

We spend a week each summer enjoying the lake, the sun, and Nutty Bars! The activities at the lake are endless. The summer brings fun in the sun - boating, jet skiing, pools, water activities, Arnold's park and loads of ice cream! Take a chance on Okoboji and you will fall in love too!

This is a stunning lake front condo with views from every room! This property can sleep up to 14 and is perfect for extended family and friend vacations. Enjoy a full kitchen, deck with patio furniture and grill. Located in the Bridges Bay Resort where you will find an indoor and outdoor water park, zip lines, arcade, basketball court, fishing ponds (and the LAKE), and restaurants right at your finger tips! Plus, you are only a short drive (or boat ride) to the historical Arnold's Park amusement park and Nutty Bar Stand.
