4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cabin in Bridges Bay Resort. Wonderful views of the lake. Comes with 6 passes to the water park -- we are not responsible for if there are any closings in the pools or water parks. New in 2020. Double car garage with lots of parking. Large deck. 3 king size beds, and the 4 th bedroom has queen on queen bunk beds. Bridges Bay has fishing, lots of pools, indoor/outdoor water park with swim up bar. Lots if water slides. Fishing, playground, basketball court, zip line, and much more.

Very good location! Easy entry! Ann responded to questions very quickly. Downside would be the vaulted ceilings/all ceilings needed to be swept down.We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this cabin. It was just a little tricky to find. Host was very responsive to our questions. It was nice to have the paper products provided. Nice tp by the way! There were plenty of towels. It was also nice to have use of the double garage. Great family stay!

Great place to stay.

The property is great. It has a nice view of the lake. Easy access to the restaurant. My only thing would be that we could not find a hair dryer. We would stay again.

Everything expected and more.

Beautiful cabin with lots of room for or group of 10. Kitchen well stocked with everything we need to make family meals. Lots of towels and extra blankets and pillows. Fun indoor waterpark.

The house had a nice view of the lake and plenty of parking (including use of the garage). It was clean minus white dog hair on the floor around the furniture. The bedrooms were spacious and had plenty of blankets if you need more! They have two washers and dryers to use but only one washer was working during our stay. The layout worked great for our family and the kitchen was well stocked. But, the lock on the deck sliding door didn’t work. In the end, we would stay again. We enjoyed using the amenities that Bridges Bay offers and the closeness to other area attractions.

Everything you need - Happy repeat customer

We liked this cabin so much last year that we came back again this year. Cabin is clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. The open kitchen/dining/living room allows everyone to be together comfortably. Location is convenient to the lakefront restaurants and water park. Communication with owner is excellent.

Property was nice, clean. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs with 2 full baths, 1 bathtub. Grill and full kitchen onsite. If you bring a boat, you can park it across the street from the resort in an extra lot.Pros: close to waterpark, restaurants, fishing pond, not too bad of a walk. Clean, nice set up.Cons: no clear instructions on how to access waterpark passes (you go up to waterpark desk and give them the house number and owners last name), there is no shampoo/conditioner/body wash in showers, you have a pretty lengthy to do list prior to leaving and all before 10am (all dishes washed and put away, strip beds, start wash with towels, collect all garbages and put in dumpster, etc). Owner quick to respond but brief responses and didn’t give suggestions beyond just a yes or no answer.

Perfect Family Get-a-way

Our family vacation was better than expected, even with limited boating due to high water. The house was perfect for a family of 6 adults and 2 children. Kitchen items, extra toilet paper and Kleenex, 2 sets of washers/dryers with detergent provided, plenty of bedding were all appreciated. We had no problems the entire week--plumbing, water, appliances, air conditioning all worked nicely. The location can't be beat--restaurants, swimming pools, water park all within walking distance. Would definitely consider returning.

Great family house

The rental house worked great for our family of 9. We appreciated the location at the end of the cabin/house row, so parking was plentiful with the garage and adjacent lot spaces. It was nice to have plenty of plates, glasses, eating utensils, and towels. Loved having 3 king beds and the 2 queen bunks. The patio table and chairs are sturdy and we loved the lake view. If the bathroom exhaust fans are replaced, it would be great if they had a light & fan combo. The showers are dark w/o a light. We would have appreciated local television channels and not just streaming options. Thanks for a wonderful family stay!

Nice, modern space with 4 bedrooms

We had a very nice time hosting our Thanksgiving break with family here. The space provided ample room for all of us to hang together and then go to our separate quarters as needed. Had a partial view of the lake which was a nice bonus. A few minor issues with the TV's and garbage, but overall a seamless experience.

Great Stay

Online pictures represent the property well. Owner was responsive. There is a pack and play available if traveling with a little one. The property is a little tricky to find but overall we really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and welcoming. Just what you want in a vacation rental.

Overflowing fun!

This property provided exactly what our group needed! It is in waking distance to the water park and the restraints! It was the perfect location to get picked up by the pontoon from the dock by the main building! It is very difficult to find this place!!! You should get directions before you arrive!

Great location, great place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, you can tell it’s new as everything was clean, well stocked and beautiful! The location is great as far as Bridges bay cabin goes as you have easy access to the lake, pools and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Wonderful locations for family and friends to gather!

Wonderful, new location overlooking Lake Okoboji. This cabin is located near a smaller swimming pool and about a 5 minute walk to the outdoor/indoor waterpark. You receive 6 passes to the waterpark each day. It is about $10/person for additional passes. The water park has something for everyone including a swim up bar and 21 and older section. The cabin is well taken care of and has all the amenities you would need including pots, pans, dishes, spices, coffee maker. TVs in 3 out of 4 bedrooms. Two sets of brand new washing machines. Tons of extra blankets and a pack n play in the closet. Black out shades in all bedrooms. The main living area is VERY bright most of the day as there are not blinds on the windows. The deck over looks the lake (gas grill included) which provides excellent sunsets!! The drive to Arnolds Park is about 10 minutes with traffic where you will find the shops, restaurants, amusement park. In the summer there is a free concert in the park on Saturday nights with fireworks following the show over the water. The only downfall was trying to find Unit 290 when we arrived! I wish there had been more directions on how to find the place-especially if you had arrived late at night. Would highly recommend this location!! We had 4 adults, 4 teenagers and a tween and we all LOVED our spot!

Great Place for Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved how the house was decorated and its proximity to the water park and nearby restaurants. It was a little difficult to locate the house as the streets are not very well marked. It was nice that we had access to the garage which made loading and unloading much easier. Beautiful view of the lake and sunsets from the deck! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
