Son Played in a tournament 20 min away. Great spot for 10 days. Amy was about as good as you get!

Very nice place & great location!

Quiet neighborhood surrounding the apartment. Nice amenities are available. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Convenient access to highways, restaurants and shopping…..perfect

Stay during business project

I needed to be in the Fishers area for two weeks during a work assignment and the apartment was perfect! It was close to restaurants, walking trails, and other amenities while also being in a very quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend it.

Pristinely clean

This is a first floor, one bedroom apartment with comfortable seating in the living room, streaming service on the t.v., a sleep-worthy king size bed, and a well equipped kitchen. We're senior citizens, so the best thing for us was how quiet this complex was.

Great fishers location w amazing space.

The apartment was almost perfect. Space for days with every immenity. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. My only criticism would b some of the furniture and the lack of basic TV service. Your sofa is missing legs, just sitting on the floor and so uncomfortable, no coushining left in it, that I could not sit in it. The bedroom dresser is literally falling apart. And there were personal items from previous renters , I assume, like trojan gels in the bedside drawer, a sock in the bed covers, probably from the laundry. Just small things.. And personally for me the tv situation was disappointing. I couldn't access basic shows or movies. I loced your place but might think twice for lack of comfort in sofa and etc. Thank you Beverly

Wow Bev, I am so sorry this was your experience. I am shocked by this review as I had checked in many times to see how your stay was going without any complaints. A few clarification items, The sofa is not supposed to have legs & all furniture is brand new and not falling part by any means. I went over and checked. The dresser in the master is a bit tough to close just needs an extra push. In addition, as disclosed in the details of the listing, the TV has every streaming service available including Disney Plus! Wish you would have asked how to use it so that you could have watched TV. Thanks again for your stay.

This place was perfect!

This apartment was great! Clean, spacious, and just the right amount of room. It had everything we needed for our weekend. Lots of close places of interest (Ikea, Top Golf, Ruoff Amphitheatre) and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Also an easy 20 minute car ride to downtown Indy to do the canal walk. A really nice walking/running/bike path right behind the building as well! The owner had very fast communication skills and check in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend and will hopefully visit again!

Fantastic Fisher's location in a top rate property

We *loved* our stay at this condo! It was super convenient to multiple locations around Indy. We were able to pop up to Deer Creek (outdoor concerts) if needed, or head down into downtown super fast. The Condo itself was wonderful! The picture's don't do it justice for how big and bright the rooms are. There are huge ceilings in this place, and the bedroom is wonderful. Having a big bathroom with double sinks and an in-room washer/dryer was great for our stay. The host, Amy, was great about communication and suggestions. We walked into Fisher's proper for coffee and lunch a couple of days, only a 15 minute walk. Great location.

Great Space, Great Location

Amy’s place was great! My son and I stayed for 4 nights. Easy check-in, great communication with Amy, space was immaculate and really great location for all we had planned. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Great Place to stay!

This ground floor apartment is in a new building convenient (by a short drive) to all the restaurants and retail shops/stores in Fishers, IN. The apartment itself is comfortable, open and roomy with high ceilings. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the apartment, the pool area and community facilities is top notch, and the owner is very responsive to any concerns. T The only suggestion I would pass along is to install blackout blinds in the bedroom to deter the brightness of the outdoor lighting at night.
