This property is close to multiple restaurants and shops.
Hiking- Camelback MTN is iconic and is about a 10 min drive. close to the 51 and 101 for easy access to North Scottsdale Shopping and Old town fun.
Enjoy going to short drives- Verde Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek. Or take a day
drive to Sedona, unbelievably beautiful.

Communication was excellent! Check in process was extremely simple. The condo was extremely comfortable and cozy, close to plenty of restaurant. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Phoenix!

We enjoyed our stay. Even in the heat of the summer, the condo was cool. The access to the greenbelt through the back patio was convenient especially for bringing our dog. The covered parking spot was nice too. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Thank you!

Location

A cute and comfortable condo. Front faces a busy street with every shopping possibility. Back faces a greenway with walking paths. Appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer, ground level entry, and covered parking. We enjoyed the pool and watching the hummingbirds on the patio.

Perfect location, owners was great to deal with

We were in town due to personnal reason. The owners was great to communicate with and extremely understanding when a family emergency came up. She did her best to help us out in our situation and would recommend her to anyone.

Great condo!

We loved this condo! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I felt lucky to find it because the location was perfect- a 5 min drive from where our son lives. Great view from the porch and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Good day to you all!! We are originally from South Dakota and have been in the valley for about 10 years. We had originally decided on moving back but we now have the beautiful five-year-old daughter with cystic fibrosis and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital has been amazing for us! I personally lived in this property and remodeled it. I absolutely love the location and I wanted to keep it for my family until they can move down here. I will be using it as a vacation rental for everybody else to enjoy until that day comes! If you ever need anything or have any questions about where to go or what to do I’m available if I can help in any way.

It’s in a perfect location you can walk to breakfast or dinner. It’s close to the 51 and 101 for day trips. It’s in between North Scottsdale shopping and Old town fun. Close to a bunch of great hiking if you’re wanting to enjoy the outdoors and also the Greenbelt will take you on a great walk over through Stone Creek golf course.
