Comfortable, airy, light, Paradise Valley condo located on the green belt across from Stone Creek Golf Course.
This property is close to multiple restaurants and shops.
Hiking- Camelback MTN is iconic and is about a 10 min drive. close to the 51 and 101 for easy access to North Scottsdale Shopping and Old town fun.
Enjoy going to short drives- Verde Valley, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek. Or take a day
drive to Sedona, unbelievably beautiful.

Little piece of heaven in Paradise.

It was a wonderful condo. All the amenities were great, but it was absolutely peaceful and perfect for us.

Rest full retreat

During our stay we visited our family and had Mayo Clinic annual health review check ups in both 57th street and out on Shea east. Being centrally located was Great!

Location

A cute and comfortable condo. Front faces a busy street with every shopping possibility. Back faces a greenway with walking paths. Appreciated the convenience of the washer and dryer, ground level entry, and covered parking. We enjoyed the pool and watching the hummingbirds on the patio.

Comfortable and well-located unit…

We came to Phoenix for spring training…the unit was well-located for attending games at 4 different stadiums. The unit is comfy, well-furnished. Parking is convenient and there is the added bonus of having a walking path behind the unit.pool and ability to walk on a

Great condo!

We loved this condo! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I felt lucky to find it because the location was perfect- a 5 min drive from where our son lives. Great view from the porch and quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, owners was great to deal with

We were in town due to personnal reason. The owners was great to communicate with and extremely understanding when a family emergency came up. She did her best to help us out in our situation and would recommend her to anyone.

Perfect for us

My daughter and I found this condo to be exactly what we expected, and exactly what we needed for our week in the north Phoenix area! It was clean and well kept; very comfortable and quiet. The proximity to stores and restaurants was great!

Perfect for us!

We loved the space, location, communication with property owner - everything was perfect for us! The bed was super comfy, the condo was very roomy, location was perfect! We plan to come back next year and stay longer!

Our stay at Las Casitas de Paradise

We had a great stay at Lindsay's condo. It was very well stocked and welcoming for relaxing and walking over to the golf course across the greenway. Lindsay responded quickly with any questions or needs we had.

We had a great time! The condo was so clean and comfortable. It's convenient to so many attractions and stores. It was very close to our sons house, which was so nice to come and go. We look forward to staying here in the future! Also the owner was very prompt when we had a question .

Mom’s 90th birthday visit

We were so happy to find your listing within walking distance of my parent’s house! The accommodations were perfect for what we needed while we were visiting my parent’s for Mom’s 90th BD. The place was clean, easy to find, great parking options, and the green belt in the back yard was perfect for walking our dog. We will definitely come back the next time we come to Phoenix to visit Mom & Dad.

オーナー : Lindsay Meisner

Good day to you all!! We are originally from South Dakota and have been in the valley for about 10 years. We had originally decided on moving back but we now have the beautiful five-year-old daughter with cystic fibrosis and the Phoenix Children’s Hospital has been amazing for us! I personally lived in this property and remodeled it. I absolutely love the location and I wanted to keep it for my family until they can move down here. I will be using it as a vacation rental for everybody else to enjoy until that day comes! If you ever need anything or have any questions about where to go or what to do I’m available if I can help in any way.

Close to a bunch of great hiking if you’re wanting to enjoy the outdoors and also the Greenbelt will take you on a great walk over through Stone Creek golf course.
