The house was exactly as listed. The covered and private patio was fabulous to enjoy morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having covered parking. Rick is an amazing host.

Nice cozy place, comfy beds plenty of towels, shower had good water pressure. Gated community with a pool. Relaxed on the patio in the mornings and at the pool in the evenings. Some car noise from the road but not bothersome. Would stay here again.

It was incredibly dog-friendly—our pup loved the secure backyard and we appreciated the peace of mind knowing it was fully fenced. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, with clear instructions and great communication throughout. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a dog or just looking for a comfortable, well-kept place to stay!

Easy check in and check out

I had a very good time and the check in and check out process was easy. The explanation on where, what and how to do things were explained extremely well I would stay there again if the opportunity presents it's self.

Nice place to stay, close travel to many locations

Good size, good location, stocked with everything you need for a long stay! Gated community, and good pool. Rick was in great communication and answered quickly! Took care of us during our stay!

Rick was very communicative and prompt. The house was extremely clean. My only concern was the comfort of seating in the living room. There was a recliner and a futon; the futon was not comfortable for sitting, especially for an older person. The description in the listing probably explained a futon and I didn't think anything about it prior to arriving. I understand that the owner is a dog lover and they like to accomodate guests that have dogs. It seems like it would be nice to have one other seating option, which could be covered with a protective/removable cover. Otherwise, everything was great. The kitchen was very well equipped with a lot of staples in the pantry.I was looking forward to using the patio more but weather wasn't agreeable to that. It is a very nice patio!Yes, I would stay again.

Great place for two people

Pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Everything we needed was there and in working order. The community was a good environment and close to where my daughter and family live. I would definitely stay again.

Final Four stay

The property was everything stated plus! Was clean, comfy and had many many extras, especially in the kitchen. Probably the best rental I’ve ever experienced. Would return to this location in a heartbeat.

Our stay at North Mountain condo

This is the second time we have stayed in Rick's place, and both experiences were excellent. The condo is centrally located, very well stocked, and clean. It's close to the freeway, but the neighborhood is very quiet. We brought our small dog with us, and it was nice to have a yard for her to use.

Great space!

Very comfortable space with everything you need. Gated, older community of small homes that share one wall. Quiet, safe feeling and pet friendly. Easy access to major freeway, stores and places to eat. Easy check in and great communication!
