THE SPACE:
Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1920's home, offering 3,600 square feet of comfortable living space. Step inside and enjoy the charm of hardwood floors and lofty ceilings throughout. With five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a mud/shower room, there's plenty of room for everyone.
The basement features a fun game room with ping pong and pool tables—perfect for friendly competition. Outside, you'll find a lovely patio with upper and lower decks, ideal for relaxation and outdoor dining. Gather around the fire pit with plenty of complimentary firewood for cozy evenings under the stars.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The home is walkable to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, and downtown Nashville is just a 6-minute Lyft/Uber ride away.

I would highly recommend this home. It fit 10 people ranging from adults to children comfortably. The basement was perfect for the teenagers with ping pong, pool and a large TV. We loved the large table where all 10 of us could sit to have meals. We did not have any small children but the stairs could be a little steep for younger ones. There are doors before both staircases which would help keep little ones on the desired level. The neighborhood was nice for walking to boutiques and coffee shops. It didn't take us more than 30 min to get anywhere we wanted to go in Nashville during heightened Christmas traffic.

We had 5 couples staying in house for a couples trip for 5 sisters. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we did more site seeing. The dining space was great for visiting and card games. We also used the living room for discussion of the day's plans. The bedrooms were comfortable. The host was very accommodating. We had a great trip.

Fantastic house for a family get together! Walking distance to shopping and wonderful restaurants. House was clean and offered a lot of room for multiple ages. Jimmy responded quickly to all questions and requests. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Nashville!

This house is much bigger than portrayed in the photos. There is one very large master suite upstairs, with the only door at the bottome of the stairs. The main level has 2 bedrooms, one with a single queen bed, the other has 2 queens beds. There is only one bathroom that is the en suite for a bedroom. The large finished basement has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with a queen and twin trundle. There are 2 bathrooms in the basement. The back yard is very spacious and great for kids and dogs the run around. The kitchen and dining rooms are very large and great for a large group of people. We had about 20 people for Thanksgiving lunch and, with a fold out table, we had plenty of room for everyone!

We LOVED this location and the neighborhood. Walking distance to the popular 12 South area. Close to everything. The kitchen is great and has everything you need to cook large meals. A couple of things to note:The stairs going down to the basement are narrow and dark and the ceiling is low so it would not be a good fit for an older person or young children. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms. The only bathroom in this floor is in one of the bedrooms.

Great place in a great location. Neighborhood was very safe. Place was super clean and had a nice layout. Within a 5-10 minute walk of all the 12 South restaurants, bars and retail shops. Cheap, 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Easy to get to and from the Airport. Host was very responsive and polite. East to engage with. Very easy and clear check-in and check-out instructions.All the accessories listed are accurate. The decks and grilles were a great feature. Highly recommended this place/host and would stay here again.

Nashville 2025

Milestone birthday celebrations, 2 families and a lifetime of memories! The location was perfect, safe and the neighborhood was great! We had everything we needed and will be back! Nashville didn’t disappoint and neither did this property. Lots of antique furnishings and very comfortable. Plenty of space and there was 8 of us. We’ll be back if they’ll have us!

Excellent location in a very unique home!

We had 11 family members stay in the home over a long weekend for a wedding. The house is in a very good location to be able to get everywhere cool in Nashville. It's a very unique home with lots of special features. Everyyhing worked fine, great A/C on a hot June week. The owner went out of his way to communicate and offer help. Would love to make another trip to this house.

Lovely Home in the 12 South area

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this unique welcoming home. We loved all the unusual items in the house from the piano turned into a mini bar and the doors on the walls in the kitchen. The house is very close on Belmont University and the cute shops and restaurants on 12th street. We loved Bar Taco. Jimmy is great to work with and responsive to our questions and needs. Thanks.

Perfect House for Family Gathering/Graduation

We had a group of 10 friends and family staying here for our daughter's recent graduation and just loved the place. The location can't be beat: It's just a few blocks from 12 South and a short drive to both Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities as well as Geodis Park. There's plenty of parking in both the driveway and on the street out front.The home itself was clean, comfortable and inviting with enough space to gather and spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for large family meals and celebrations. Everyone loved the lounge area downstairs, too. The host was also incredibly helpful, responsive and generous. With a little advice, we even managed to secure a table for brunch on Mother's Day without a reservation. What a treat!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property and its charm, location, convenience and unique features made for a perfect spot for our little family reunion. We felt close enough to the downtown scene while enjoying te peace and quiet of the 12 South Neighborhood. Great house in a lovely, walkable neighborhood

Our family had an amazing time in the house. It was perfect! The main floor living space gave us plenty of room to eat and hang out together. The basement was almost like an apartment and it had a nice place to play games and to watch movies. It also gave two of our folks, a great place to work remotely in the bedrooms. We enjoyed being at the house and walking to the shops and restaurants in this neighborhood more than the Broadway scene. The host was really easy to work with.
