THE SPACE:
Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1920's home, offering 3,600 square feet of comfortable living space. Step inside and enjoy the charm of hardwood floors and lofty ceilings throughout. With five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a mud/shower room, there's plenty of room for everyone.
The basement features a fun game room with ping pong and pool tables—perfect for friendly competition. Outside, you'll find a lovely patio with upper and lower decks, ideal for relaxation and outdoor dining. Gather around the fire pit with plenty of complimentary firewood for cozy evenings under the stars.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The home is walkable to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, and downtown Nashville is just a 6-minute Lyft/Uber ride away.

Great stay! Jimmy was always available via text and the house was amazing! Rooms were clean and the travel to downtown was only about 10 minutes depending on time of day.

This home exceeded our expectations. It's spacious and comfortable, set in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, yet still just a short drive from all the energy of downtown Nashville. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was clear a lot of care went into the property. The host was also great to work with quick, clear communication from booking through checkout, which made the whole stay stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area, whether for a family trip, group getaway, or a Nashville weekend. We'd absolutely stay here again!

The house was so cozy and worked great for us! We had nine people for a bachelorette, and the space was perfect. The location was also great because it was around 10 minutes from all the restaurants and everything.

This house was so comfortable and so fun. It is very unique in the best ways. It had everything we wanted or needed. Drip and Keurig coffee makers, multiple fans, well stocked kitchen (though we didn't cook).Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Easy walk to 12 South businesses and easy Uber ride to downtown.We had a lovely stay.

We are five women (two sets of sisters and friends for 65 years!) in Nashville for a reunion. The house was perfect for us. Clean, comfy beds and great location. We were impressed with how well-equipped the kitchen was but mostly dined out. Still it was a great place to start and end our days.Jimmy was very easy to communicate with and generously let us leave our bags after checkout so we could spend our last hours shopping unencumbered. Definitely recommend this lovely house.

The host was an excellent communicator! You couldn’t find a better location with great parking. The house was spacious. It is great for a family because of the bathrooms. It would be hard for more than three couples for sharing bathrooms. The house is an old craftsman so the stairs can be treacherous, but if you have mobility issues, everything you need is on the main floor. The front porch is a great place to hang out on.

This house is perfectly located for large groups. It is very well equipped and stocked- rooms are quite comfortable. The yard is awesome- owner is a pleasure to deal with. My only issue was no soap or shampoos which isn’t a big deal - just know before you go so you have what you need. Also construction across the street is noisy at 7am but hey… it’s Nashville and there’s construction pretty much everywhere!All in all a terrific stay.

We had 5 couples staying in house for a couples trip for 5 sisters. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house as we did more site seeing. The dining space was great for visiting and card games. We also used the living room for discussion of the day's plans. The bedrooms were comfortable. The host was very accommodating. We had a great trip.

12 South Bungalow was awesome
