この豪華な新しいリフォームは、美しい新しい家具を備えた4ベッドルーム3バスホームです。 滞在中にお気に入りをストックするための古い世界スタイルのワインセラー、それらを楽しむための居心地の良いバーエリアがあります。 2階のバスには大きなジャグジー浴槽があります。 大きな樹木が茂った裏庭のある樹冠の下に隠れた新しいデッキ。 デッキにはテーブルと椅子のある大きなベンチ席があります。 オープンアイランドとダイニングスペースを備えたフル装備のキッチン。 メインフロアの2部屋：2段ベッド2台、ツインベッド4台と2台、それぞれ2階にクイーンベッドルーム、地下バールームエリアにフルサイズのソファーベッド、地下にキングベッド付きのプライベートリトリートエリア-寝台12。

Very clean house. The host is very attentive and very responsive. Fit 8 people very comfortably. No one had any complaints. The neighbors are also super nice. Centrally located to grocery stores and expressways. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Nashville.

Handles bigger groups amazingly well

This clean, bright, and nicely-decorated home has ample bedroom, common-areas, and parking space for a larger group. And this is not even including the lovely deck, which we couldn’t use due to rain. The owner was nice to work with, easy check-in & -out. Lots of fluffy towels and closet space, well-stocked kitchen. A few squeaky floors and close to the airport, but also close to everything we needed. Our group was very glad to be able to stay here!

It was a nice little house with all the bedrooms needed. Plenty of goods in the kitchen. Everything was clean and the back deck was wonderful to sit outside on.

Nice Getaway

We had a total of 7 guest in the house. There was plenty of space for everyone and with 3 bathrooms in the home it was stress free when it came time to get ready, etc. The home was clean and simply decorated, had plenty of towels and dishes. The neighborhood seemed quiet. The Uber rides from the house to Broadway were short and easy. We would definitely use this rental again in the future.

Cute quaint property on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville

This property was very cute, Homie! The property manager was amazing to work with very quick at responding to any questions prior to booking and even allowed the group in early early check-in. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville and Lyft and or Uber were Needed for just about everything we did and the purpose of our trip due to the proximity of the home however it was nice To come back to a quiet area after the hustle and bustle. The property hosted 12 women for a bachelorette party fairly well. Kitchen dining area very small little room to move around the outside deck certainly added additional space and was actually one of the favorite spots. I would highly recommend adding mirrors in the bedrooms as not enough space for 12 girls to get ready Or generally speaking, large groups of any kind. Although we managed Utilizing plug-ins throughout the house for phone charging watch charging Styling tools, etc., A good investment would be to add additional plug-ins also in all the bedrooms. Overall, a great stay we thoroughly enjoyed our time and a great place to stay.

Nice home, lots of spices and Condiments. Jacuzzi did not work, however they did tells us how to operate it. Only draw back was jacuzzi obviously had not been used or cleaned because when it didoperate nasty black gunk was emitted from nozzles. I would rent again but recommend a hot tub over a jacuzzi.

Girls Weekend

The location was good. Just a 10 or 20 minute car ride to outlet mall, downtown Franklin, and Nashville. We spent a lot of time at the House... it was comfortable with plenty of sleeping space. Thank you!

Great place

The house worked great for our needs. Lots of room to spread out and feel like everyone had their own space when needed. We enjoyed relaxing and catching up on the back deck. Host always got back to me right away. House is about 10-15 drive to downtown, Opryland, and the airport.

Lovely spacious home, easy process

House was very clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our party of 8. Everyone had their level and space. The decor was very pleasant and had great details like make up washcloths, and laundry detergent etc… The setting was quiet even though the street was a little bit busy. The deck area had beautiful trees and was very peaceful. Plenty of space for our car rental. We found it a little farther than expected for our venues as we had graduation events at Vanderbilt and downtown. Having to come back and forth to shower and change, we thought we’d be 15 minutes away but the commutes with traffic ended up being 30-40 minutes. Which made it hard to enjoy some downtime there at the house in between. The kitchen was great and well Appointed. We found the dining space adjacent to be rather narrow for the 8 of us. I’d recommend plastic furnishings for the deck because it dries faster. It rained prior to our arrival and the cushions never dried fully enough to sit on and enjoy the outdoors.fyi one chair is broken. The host was great and accommodated our early check in needs. We loved the place, wish we could have enjoyed it more in between events, but the traffic times did not allow for it.

Wedding adventure

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed here for five days. This house clean and accommodated 10 of us very comfortably. The location was great. A short uber ride to downtown, the airport and Brentwood. Nice quiet neighborhood. We totally recommend it.

House was great for what we were planning. About a 15 minute drive from downtown but youll save staying here compared to trying to stay downtown. Even if you uber or lyft.

Birthday Trip

We chose to celebrate multiple birthdays this year in Nashville. This location was very convenient and neighborhood felt safe. Spent a lot of time on back deck chatting and bird watching. Short drive to downtown. Cost is about the same whether you Uber or drive and pay for parking. Owner was easy to communicate with and check in/out was seamless. Very clean and comfortably slept the 8 in our party. (But would accommodate 12) I would return for a future stay.

A wonderful cozy place for family and friends. Great location just minutes away from everything Nashville! Our family had plenty of room to enjoy and the location of the house was in a nice neighborhood. Hostess was very nice and communication was great! would come back and recommend this lovely home.

Home was good accommodations for 6 mature women. Attractive Exterior, upgrades. Kitchen clean. Great Weather, good to eat on deck as limited comfortable lounging space in home. Tks for some AM Coffee. Add more: Chairs in basement bedroom and main floor bunkbeds; lamps(or 2) in LR, poor lite for hrs. going through OLD photo albums; inadequate body soap, had to buy our own! Please add tub mats for clean use after shower. There was no mop for clean up of minor spills. Microwave/stove light out, entrance hallway light out. Deck could use a couple more chairs for gathering. Our Gals loved having 3 bathrooms. Would Come Back!
