Remarkable 3-room apartment close to the port, city center and beaches

The accommodation with its private entrance and garden is one of the 2 dwellings of a new house located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is completely new.

The 57m² accommodations are composed of a bright living room tastefully decorated.
The kitchen side offers you everything you need to eat. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge but also toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, insulated pitcher and dish towels.
The cocooning side will allow you to relax on a large sofa with chaise longue while watching TV or enjoying a good book.
2 beautiful bedrooms with new bedding, wardrobe and each its own bathroom, will welcome you to rest after beautiful days visiting our island.
1 beautiful bedroom with a 160*200 bed, the second bedroom with 2 beds of 80*200 can, if necessary, be joined to make a 160*200 bed.
Bed linen is provided for the 2 bedrooms.
In each of the 2 walk-in bathrooms with its toilet, you will find shower sheets and a hairdryer will also be at your disposal.

The garden terrace is 70m² and has everything you need to spend good times in the sun: eat and cook outside thanks to a plancha and taste on the deckchairs a Pineau des Charentes, the local drink of our region.
The accommodations are equipped with a fibre WIFI connection.
In the heart of the village you will find all amenities, the farmers' market, the bakery, the small shops, the newsagent and the bike rental.
The marina, restaurants and beaches will seduce you.
Linen is included in the price.
The accommodation must be left clean. Possibility to have the cleaning done to be specified on your arrival. The flat rate is 100€.
Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures at 10 am. For late arrivals it will be enough to let us know in advance. The accommodation must be left clean.
Pets are not allowed.

Amazing stay in charming town

The property was everything we hoped for. Clean, quiet, private, well-maintained and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need plus a great outdoor area and parking right in front of the house.Very relaxed communication from owner and agent who was also very helpful with directions and recommendations.It's about a ten-minute stroll into the town and 20 to the port.

Eine sehr schöne kleine Wohnung. Ideal für drei Personen. In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, kurze Wege zu allen wichtigen Einrichtungen im Ort. Super Concierge. alles in allem: gerne wieder. Wegen der vielen Stechmücken wären Fliegengitter gut.

Sehr schöne, bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Ruhig gelegen, parken vorm Haus möglich. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Ortskern mit Bäcker, Markt und Geschäften.

Gemütliches ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir waren für drei Woche in dem Ferienhaus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse am Ortsausgang. Perfekt zum Ausruhen und Entspannen. Die Vermieter und der Conciergeservice sind sehr nett.

Séjour St Denis d'Oléron

Très belle maison, propreté équipement au top, bel agencement et décoré avec gout, proche du centre ville et des commerces. Je recommande sans hésiter cette location.

Magnifique

Bien situé deux pas du centre. La maison est très bien agencée et decorée. L'accueil de Nicole et son mari est aussi très chaleureux.

Parfait !

Logement neuf et d'une propreté impeccable Magnifiquement décoré, avec beaucoup de goût. Les matériaux et la décoration ont été choisis avec soin. Parfaitement équipé ! Rien ne manque. Les extérieurs sont très jolis et également très bien équipés, même si le temps ne nous a pas permis de vraiment en profiter. Accueil très professionnel et très agréable par un service de conciergerie. A recommander les yeux fermés.
