This renovated space is the perfect spot for your Lake Geneva get away! One of three nautical themed apartments in this building, it is located just blocks from the lake and less than a mile from the downtown district. Half a mile to the famous Riviera (easy walk with sidewalk). A hop, skip and jump from the famous Geneva Lake shore path. Walk to nearby restaurant Lake City Social or have a craft cocktail at the Speakeasy bar at Maxwell Mansion. Very close to the Cove hotel, Bella Vista, and Clearwater Outdoor paddleboard and kayak rentals. Boat rentals less than a mile away!
The Geneva Suite in on the ground-level and features one bedroom (king bed) and two daybeds (each with a pull-out trundle) in the living room to accommodate a total of six guests.
*On-site parking available for a maximum of 3 vehicles. Additional off-site parking is also available. Please contact us if interested*
*This unit comes with a wifi-enabled smart TV (no cable)*
*Be advised that since this unit is one of 3 in the building, there may be some muffled noise heard from the other surrounding units*
