Downtown Lake Geneva awaits! Welcome to the Bungalow. Built in 1902, this historical gem is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You will truly feel at home in this well-appointed home with three and a half bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. You'll enjoy all this lake town has to offer ~ plus serenity. The ambiance and the neighborhood are two things that set this home apart from the competition. Geneva Street is YOUR "home away" in DOWNTOWN Lake Geneva.

*On-site parking available for a maximum of six vehicles. Additional off-site parking is also available. Please contact us if interested
*Kitchen is on second level of home
*Please note there is a security camera pointed toward the parking lot for guest safety.

Our families all met for a weekend getaway. This was perfect! So much space and character. The location couldn’t be more perfect - so easy to walk to food, shopping and the lake. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, kitchen was great as well. Well stocked for bathrooms, kitchen etc. Definitely will be back!

The house was spotlessly clean and very well kept. We loved having extra bedding and pillows available, and most rooms had individual window AC units so everyone could easily set their own comfortable temperature.The location was excellent—just a short, easy walk to the center of town and the lakefront.On top of that, the service was fantastic. We had a question after 10:00 PM, and the staff contacted us immediately to help, following up afterward to make sure we didn't have any other questions.We would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Home worked out great for our group. Plenty of places to sleep and a great space to hang out in altogether as well. Located very close to Main Street with shopping, restaurants, and bars very close by. Able to walk to all of them on this beautiful fall weekend!

GREAT location and comfortable home for 7 women celebrating milestone birthdays. Very clean, and lots of spaces for lounging. Beds were comfy, plenty of extra blankets and rooms had good privacy when needed. The home was ready for us and we didn’t have any issues at all! It was perfect for our memorable weekend!

Stuff we loved about our VRBO@ 721 Geneva Street* Lake Geneva, WI:Step-out-the door walking to shopping, dining, and Geneva Lake.Well stocked and clean. As described in listing. Spacious parking conveniently located behind bungalow. Drive-up /loading and unloading at back door huge plus.Accessibility and safety:Exterior back entrance stairs scary/lack bannisters or grab bars. Inside narrow stairs to 2nd floor: difficult to navigate without bannisters or grab bars. Lacks privacy: Inconvenient large bedroom center of 1st floor is throughway ( hallway) to front of home. Doors on room provide privacy once closed at bedtime.Confusing:Inactive coded key boxes located outside both front and rear doors. Actual access to bungalow achieved via coded electronic keypads on doors. These worked well once we figured out how to gain entrance.

Family vacation

We love this little beach town! The bungalow had the best location. We walked to the nearby park for tennis and the playground. All the shops, restaurants and the beach were an easy walk. The kids loved the two ice cream shops so close!

Great location. We needed help with the TV, Sam came right over and made sure all was working properly. It was nicely equipped. Lots of bedding that we didn’t need. Toiletries supplied were great. Legs got a work out with the stairs to the main living area. Beds very comfortable.

Family/Friend getaway for Wedding

We really enjoyed your stay here. We filled the house with 5 couples, and 3 individual's. All the rooms were great sizes and just like the pictures showed. Everything about this house was absolutely AMAZING! I wanted a Gilmore Girls inspired girls weekend and thats exactly what I got.The location was within walking of everything. The house was literally the best setting for the ultimate slumber party. I most definitely recommend to anyone!

Location, location, location! You can't get much better then this with downtown proximity. The house fit our needs for our girls weekend in chilly February. We were able to walk downtown for shopping, food and at night were able to safely walk to and from the bars. The house is a little quirky with the kitchen on the 2nd floor and 1 of the bedrooms having to walk through to get to the other parts of the house. Thats all minor when your talking about the location! The house was clean, and well maintained. We didnt need anything during our stay, but there was clear instructions if we needed help quickly that weekend, where to call, ect. Overall perfect place for the best weekend ever!

Anniversary Weekend!

This was a great find for us. We celebrated our 50th Anniversary here with our 3 adult children, spouses and 4 grandchildren. We had plenty of room for gathering together and also private space. Beautiful home and we enjoyed trying to guess the history of the home which would have been interesting. It was clean and had great amenities. Surprisingly quiet if some members were early to bed. I would recommend some plastic plates and cups for children to use. Also, some closet space for hanging clothes if possible?

Location, Location!

This home was perfect for my siblings and spouses as we enjoyed a family vacation. With 5 couples, we each had our own room for privacy and the 3 1/2 bathrooms allowed for minimal sharing. The house had plenty of seating areas which would be great if your gathering had teens who wanted their own space. We enjoyed the front porch and the outdoor tables as well. The best part of the house was the location….only 1 block off of Main St. It was so easy to walk to everything in town. The onsite parking accommodated all of our cars. The house was well equipped with towels, soap, kitchen supplies, etc….The host was very responsive to my questions. All 10 of us would like to stay here again!

The location to downtown Lake Geneva was just a block away. It was the most attractive house on the block. The interior is beautiful with all the natural wood casing, doors, transoms, railings. The decorating matched the era of the house and was so interesting and "quirky". We had a group of 9 ladies for a 50 year reunion from when we met at Carthage College in Kenosha. The whole house allowed us to have separate rooms and beds. The "lounge" areas both up and down were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch after shopping. The 2 1/2 bathrooms were much appreciated. There are so many rooms that at first we were lost and couldn't find the stairway upstairs! Parking was amazing right behind the house. We brought breakfast foods and ate late lunches at restaurants, so the kitchen was just the perfect size and we could enjoy coffee made in the downstairs "kitchen" area. We remarked many times that this was the perfect place to feel comfortable to relax and talk. We did run out of dishwasher pods and clean kitchen towels. One email and more pods and towels arrived at the back door almost instantly. We made a trip to Elkhorn and then the orchard on the outside of town. They had amazing fall decorations and wine. Eight Maidens had a great selection of cheese just down the street, and The Tuscany restaurant 1 block north of the house was a dining experience in Italian foods. A

Very fun and eclectic home. Very fun with lots of sleep and lounge space. Just know that there is only a dry bar on the main floor and the kitchen is upstairs. We were close enough to the Main Street and so walking to restaurants and the beach was very convenient. Great place for family gatherings!

Great location. Walking distance ti most of the restaurants and bars. Would recommend to anyone looking for a spot downtown!

GREAT location. lots of beds but be aware that 1 bedroom is in middle of house so foot traffic through it - if going from the UPSTAIRS KITCHEN to the 1st floor living room.Not a home for those with limited mobility, otherwise it was very nice. Very short walk to everything!
