Fully equipped kitchen. You will see it as the perfect blend of tranquil beach living and modern convenience. This great 1/1 condo is located in the highly desirable waterfront community at Rocky Point Island. Fantastic amenities include private sunning beach, hammocks, heated pool, sundeck, sand volleyball, outside fitness center, fishing pier and picnic area with BBQ!

Very Nice Condo in Sailport

The communication with the owner of the condo was great. I was pleasantly surprised with the decor. The location of the property is convenient to Clearwater and Tampa. It had a sand area in front of the bay. Very nice at night with the tiki torches and fire pit.I would highly recommend booking this condo.

Great Location

Beautiful views. Easy access to all the area has to offer. Had to deal with a tropical storm during my stay, but everything was fine.

Strange layout

It was a nice place to stay. Overall everything was clean. In the living room was a 2nd bed instead of a couch which was interesting and would be hard to actually have 2 couples there. But otherwise it was good. Also communication with property owner was great!

Location was nice. The building itself was not impressive. Exterior siding is substandard. Windows need replacing. Interior walls need a paint job. Interior layout was good. Pool was clean. Restaurant/bar was really good and convenient

Great Location, Price & Amenities

The place was perfect for our needs, very clean, beds were very comfortable, loved the balcony and water view, kitchen was stocked with what was needed for fixing meals, host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location

Overall this was a great place to stay. Had a little hiccup the first night that the owner communicated and took care of immediately. Great pool/pool bar and location. Very easy to get everywhere. Pleasant surprise was the beds were ridiculously comfortable. Family enjoyed the stay!

Right on the bay.

Had a good view of the bay, the pool and other amenities where perfect. Only downside was you didn't have accress to the bay. Would definitely stay again.

Very Nice

It may be a bit dated but it was in a lovely location, well maintained, where you can look out into the bay from the balcony. The rooms set-up was great with one bed being in the main area and the other in another room. This worked fantastic for my Niece and I. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. Because we were there on business, we really did not get to enjoy the facility as much as we wished we could have. The first night we arrived the Night guard did not give us a pass like they were supposed to which would allow us coming in without using the 'Guard Shack'. The day guard took care of it for us so entering and exiting was not a problem. One suggestion would be a bath matt as this ol' lady almost slipped while showering. Would I stay there again...You Bet!

Great stay!

This condo is in a great location! Everything you could possibly need and more! Waking up in the morning sipping our coffee on the balcony and the amazing sunsets at night were awesome! The grounds, pool and tiki bar/restaurant were a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful experience!

We had an issue on our first day. We called in the morning and it was taken care of before we got back that afternoon. Great knowing someone is prompt is taking care of the property.

Loved the location and the pool. The people at the property were nice and overall property was in good condition. Unfortunately the unit was not well kept at all. It was dirty when we arrived the sheets still had pubic hair in them. The deck had trash on it. The counters were dirty. Not clean at all. The ac unit did not work properly even after they looked at it. The room was very uncomfortable to sleep in it was around 76 degrees and the unit only had a sliding door with no screen. No fans in the unit for airflow. They had a toilet issue. Very unhappy with my stay.

Just right for us

I had a question about the lock when I first got there and the owner called me back the same day so I was happy with that. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. It’s nothing fancy but I really care about clean and functional. We weren’t spending our days and evenings inside so it didn’t matter if it felt like home or not. The pool area is what we love when we stay at Sailport. The view is beautiful and the sunsets I really appreciate. It isn’t too far from Clearwater beach…maybe 20 minutes…and is an easy drive. We LOVE Clearwater beach. Also, it’s literally 5 minutes or less from the Tampa airport, which is important to me. The location is perfect for us. The pool can be seen from this unit so you don’t have to walk down to see how busy it is. I would stay here again.

The location of this building is not walker friendly so all things require driving. The room smelled slightly musty but seemed clean. There is a pool side bar/restaurant which was really convenient and the check in process was super simple. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Blanket!

It was so chilly while we were there. I wanted to use the balcony and air and look at the bay. I found this wonderful blanket in the bedroom closet and snuggled in and sat outside.
