-2 ½ baths, including master bath with antique tub and rain shower
-fully equipped chef’s kitchen
-private, full enclosed outdoor dip pool/hot tub.
-private, enclosed outdoor space for sunbathing, activities, outdoor dining with 8-person table.
-Weber gas grill and Grillmaster charcoal grill for guest use
-high speed fiber internet throughout the house with up to 1TB upload/download speed
-bicycles and beach essentials for guest use.

House and property is beautifully and comfortable. Driveway is narrow and no vehicle access past the driveway gate for parking.

Not as advertised. This place was a complete bait and switch. The photos in the listing do not reflect the current condition of the property at all. When we arrived the home was clearly in disrepair. Mouldings were literally held up with scotch tape, paint was peeling, and many of the walls were dirty. The couch was torn and the overall feel was more like a run down frat house than the nice home shown in the photos.Several things shown in the listing were also missing. The piano, artwork, and books that filled the library shelves were gone, and some of the nicer furniture looked like it had been swapped out.The backyard was extremely overgrown and basically unusable. The garage was a complete mess and packed with bikes and outdoor furniture, making it difficult to even access anything in there. One of the beds was also so squeaky it couldn’t really be slept on.We tried contacting the host but couldn’t reach him, so we contacted VRBO. When he finally responded he seemed annoyed that we had done that. He said he wanted to make things right but refused any refund or discount, saying there were no hazards. VRBO also couldn’t relocate us.Very disappointing experience and not accurately represented.

Garage a mess, master closet has random boxes, curtain hanging off ends. Master armoire has a broken off door.
Room with peeling paint, hooks for clothes. Very tight to walk around.
Rooms not as advertised. Piano removed, art work missing over couch.

West Palm Beach Vacay

We loved our stay- the neighborhood is terrific and close to everything. The house is spacious, and we enjoyed the hot tub/pool. Eric was very responsive and a pleasure to rent from!

Great house!

We stayed here for a week with seven adults and a 22 month old. The house is larger than I thought it was and had plenty of room for all of us. It was very comfortable and spacious.Greatly appreciated the items that were available to us such as beach, chairs, toys, coolers, etc. The kitchen had good utensils and cooking items.The description was accurate in saying it was seven minutes to Palm Beach. We would love to stay here again.

Great Home

We stayed during Hurricane Milton to escape from Clearwater. House is great as advertised. Pool was a bit dirty and inoperative maybe due to the storm and the landscaping out back needs some TLC. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again

Casa del Corazon is a totally modern home in an historic 1920's era Med Revival shell in a unique historic neighborhood of restored classic homes from the 1920's and 1930's. It is located just a short walk from the Palm Beach Convention Center, Norton Museum of Art, Palm Beach Atlantic University, Rosemary Square, Clematis Street shopping and dining district. The beaches of Palm Beach are just a 10 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride over the bridge. Within walking distance are microbreweries, restaurants, antiques shops, and live entertainment.
