Spacious Chis Residence is a modern Mediterranean villa. The property is brand new, very spacious (100 + 100 m2), beautifully designed, and superbly equipped. The downstairs suite is optimal for four people while the upstairs suite is ideal for five people. The property has its own parking space and is located within walking distance of several beautiful beach sites. In front of the villa is a small, lovely linden tree garden with a barbecue place, dining table as well as a lounge chair.

Hosts are not present at the house during the stay of our guests but are available over the phone, text, or e-mail at any time of the day. There will always be someone to welcome guests on their arrival and to escort them on their last day. Sheets and towels will be changed and the apartment will be cleaned free of charge for all the guests staying more than one week.

Our beautiful two-bedroom apartment is a spacious and cozy place with 2 bedrooms with double or single beds, a bathroom with showers and basic toiletries, a lovely living room connecting to a dining area, and shabby chic kitchens combined into a unique relaxing space, enhanced with spacious terrace, perfect for dining and wining. Our balcony, terrace, barbecue area, and garden are a perfect location for the morning breakfast or evening relaxing dinner, while the parking garage and a street parking space are also available for our guests. The property has a ground floor and upper floor area.

All our guests will have full access to all parts of this property and are free to use all the amenities and equipment provided by the host such as:
refrigerator, freezer, oven, water heater, coffee maker, microwave, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, TV, iPad, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, solar heating, free parking space, etc.

The property can easily be reached by car or by public transportation (bus no. 5 or 8). If you are traveling by plane, the easiest way to get to the apartment is to get a taxi (it will cost you around 25-30 EUR).
