HOSSEGOR-on a plot of 1380 m2, 2 individual houses have been built one behind the other with a common gate. The rented villa is the one at the front of the plot on the street side.
Living room/lounge (3.23x6.05) opening onto the garden (facing East). Corridor leading to the fitted kitchen (2.28x3.67): dishwasher, 4-burner hob, fridge hood, electric oven and microwave, opening onto a beautiful west-facing rear terrace (5.25x 6.89) with awning.
Bedroom 1 facing East on the garden: (closet) 1 bed 140
Bedroom 2 facing East on the garden: (cupboard) 1 bed 140
Bathroom: basin, bath and walk-in shower.
WC. Cellar: freezer and washing machine.
Independent access via the terrace to bedroom 3 (3.05x3.03): 1 double bed + washbasin.
This villa is very popular with vacationers for its location. Ideal for walking to the beach, marine lake and downtown. A small "Leclerc" nearby for everyday shopping. Family occupation. Household linen not provided. Out of season, provide heating package. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
