Located on Pioneer Creek, this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath end-unit provides the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town, but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main Street. Condo has Fiber optic, sleeps 6, boasts a full kitchen, living room with a dining area for 4, a breakfast table for 2 in the kitchen, and 3 TVs. One king bedroom, a queen bed in the other bedroom, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a wood-burning fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience, front and back porches, plus balconies off both bedrooms, a playground, two community hot tubs, and grills located on the grounds. Near both the ski area and fishing, you can also take advantage of the Town of Red River’s free year-round trolley service to get you around town.

Christmas Time Ski Trip

Location was close to all activity along Main Street and Ski / Lifts. Condo was clean and was perfect for our Family.

Great location

This condo is a good size and was comfortable for my family. The decor is very outdated and the place could use a renovation, but it’s adequate.

The heat in our unit did not work well and the entire unit was below 60 degrees the whole time we were there. Otherwise the unit was very clean and in good shape.
