This beautifully remodeled 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ground-floor condo is the perfect place to get away from it all. You'll feel at home the moment you step inside; a color scheme of cool blue colors with tasteful Hawaiian inspired furniture and decor awaits you. This unit features an open concept, easy living feel. Kick back and relax on your private and spacious lanai with quiet garden views.

Inside, there is plenty of seating to relax, dine and just hang out. The kitchen has everything you could ever need to prepare all your meals; fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances and beautiful quartz countertops. You'll stay cool with the Maui breezes by opening up the lanai doors, but you can also enjoy the extra benefit of having split a/c units and ceiling fans throughout.

Step into the dreamy bedroom featuring a king-size bed; spacious and tastefully decorated, you will be sure to enjoy a good night's sleep after a day in the sun. Just off the bedroom and hallway is the gorgeous, newly remodeled bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bring the family, there is a great sofa bed in the living room! This unit also conveniently has a private washer and dryer as well as 2 workspace areas if you need to catch up on emails or work.

Kihei Ali´i Kai resort offers a beautiful large pool, hot tub, dry sauna, and full-sized gas grills. Please note this resort does not have elevators.

Love the location of the condo complex, that's why it gets 3 stars. Being recently remodeled I guess I expected to not have cockroaches in the silverware drawer or on the kitchen counters. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, but the nonstick coating is scratching off every pan so you get a nice healthy dose of forever chemicals with your meals. We had to throw out multiple cooked meals as they had black plastic flakes from the pans mixed in. On our first day someone from My Perfect Stays tried contacting us several times because the previous renter had mentioned the loose shower shelf and they wanted to send someone in to repair it, we stayed for 2 weeks and no one ever came to fix it. We contacted the agency to discuss our issues with them after our stay, no one ever got back to us. Oh and the upstairs neighbor verbally assaulted my 11 year old over her lanai one morning yelling at him to go back home and went on about how much she hates tourists.

Grandparents stay

Our stay started out rough, some challenging cleanliness issues which the property manager rose to resolve. It is not a kid friendly unit, but a very nice adult friendly unit. It is in the middle of Kihei. And easily accessible to everything around it, we walked and drove to everywhere we needed to go. Our kids stayed at the nearby Worldmark resort it was very convenient. It was nice having beach chairs and snorkeling equipment in the unit. The washer and dryer were great. The lanai was nice directions could’ve been better laid out, but we figured it out.

Good location but had some issues

Pros:-Great location in Kihei, Responsive customer service -Updated living room/kitchen/bathroom which was spacious and lovely, Living room sofa was very comfortableCons: washing machine was moldy/smelled moldy. Disturbing that our sheets and towels were washed in that. Did not use washer at all. Dryer lint catcher does not fit all the way down and snagged clothing—swim suit cover up dress and the strap got caught on the end of the lint catcher and broke the strap! bathroom fan is old and uncomfortably loud. Shower curtain very lightweight. Needs weighted bottom to the curtain. Bedroom ceiling light blinks like it’s on the fritz! Comforter set-up is terrible.Kept coming apart during the night. It’s a throw blanket placed in between two flat sheetsThere was standing water in shower. It was fixed the next day. Loud buzzing/vibrating noise from AC! Hard to sleep! Technician came but couldn’t fix. Customer service told us the pump would be fixed on Monday, which was Presidents’ Day holiday, so I doubt it. AND they knew we were checking out by 10am Monday, so that wasn’t helpful to us. This noise kept us up at nights and jolted us awake. It was a very unpleasant sleeping experience—we would not rent this condo because of this noise. It’s unacceptable and we can’t believe others are okay with the noise. AC condensation dripped on me while I was sleeping. The AC location above the bed is so bad.

Comfortable Place to Stay

When I come back to Maui, I’m definitely staying here again. The condo is beautiful with everything you need. It is in a good area filled with families and retirees. The beach is really close and the pool is a nice place to sit and chat with some of the wonderful residents. 10/10!

Great location

This condo is a little gem! Minutes walk from a lovely beach. Also close to health food store and an ABC store. 1/2 hour walk to a major grocery store. Great little coffee shop and awesome coffee 2 min away The evening sunsets and a beach view can just be seen from the patio. We enjoyed our suppers out there each evening and morning coffees too Kitchen was well equipped . A salad spinner would be nice Would be nice also to have a few more pillows and a throw on the couch to cuddle up with each night when watching TV. The TV had a nice big screen Also some nice little patio lights for ambience Some hooks on the wall at the entrance would be great too. Tall of these little extras would have made it a 5 star for us. Very lovely over all! Easily got ahold of the management when ever we needed!! Thanks for that!! Some pounding and Reno work being done on the condo upstairs and was quickly addressed and compensated for. Felt very safe in this area and condo We would go back again😍

Very nice!

Nicely updated and very comfortable! We had everything we needed. We stayed a full week and cooked breakfast everyday. The kitchen had everything. We had no issues! When you use the large shower head water hit the floor a bit since it’s only a 1/2 shower door. The TV was huge and couch. A/c was perfect in bedroom and living area. The patio is nice with a table/chairs. No sun reaches it so it’s not too hot. But also no sunbathing if you’re into that. The pool is a minute away. It was cold but refreshing when it got to hot! Very close to places to eat and the beach. We would stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Kihei

We had the best vacation in Maui/Kihei! The condo is so conveniently located! We used the pickle ball court every morning. Loved the air conditioning and the king sized bed was awesome!! The only thing we would change is the squeaky wheel on the bed or headboard, we couldn't tell which it was! We would definitely stay there again! ❤️❤️

Not for light sleepers

This condo was in a great location. Place was clean when we arrived and everything in working order. The complex was very quiet and seemed very safe. Unfortunately, our quality of sleep was greatly impacted by a few factors. First, the headboard is loose and hits the wall when getting in and out of bed. Easy fix by stuffing an extra pillow behind it. The mattress also squeaks when getting in/out or turning over in bed. The biggest disruption was the AC unit above the bed that made a loud buzzer sound randomly throughout the night. It woke us up from our sleep the first few nights so we decided to move to the sofa bed in the living room and reached out to customer support to see if anything could be done. They were quick to respond and had their maintenance team member, and later an AC repairman come check it out. He replaced a pump, but said because it is an older model AC that it would likely continue to make those sounds, and he was right. So to sum it up, this is a great place if you are a heavy sleeper. I would definitely stay here again if I was!

Spent twelve days at Kihei Ali'i Kai and would definitely stay again. Close to the beach and all other amenities. Walking distance to several restaurants and easy access to the highway. Spacious condo unit and well kept. Washer and dryer in unit is a great feature for our family.

Great location

The unit is recently renovated, well equipped, has terrific wifi, great a/c, close to pool and grills and a nice private patio. This is a ground floor unit but there a few sets of short steps to get to it for those of us who worry about that. The unit has nice appliances and most things necessary to cook. A few plastic glasses for use at the pool would be a nice add. Had an issue with some water dripping from above in the bathroom. MyPerfectStaus and thw owner took care of it promptly despite the Thanksgiving holiday. Thanks

WILL RETURN!

This place was in a great location and the price was right! It felt like our home for the last 8 days and we are so sad to leave. Very spacious, modern, has all the amenities you need. Walking distance from delicious places to eat/watch the sunset. 5 min Uber or 20 min walk to the Triangle! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

Whale watching and sunsets

We really enjoyed our stay in Kihei. The condo is just like it looks in the pictures, so you have a beautiful and comfortable place to stay while having fun in Maui. It's a short walk down to the 3 closest beaches... walk, swim, snorkel, watch sunsets, watch whales. One day a pair of whales were about 100 yards off the shore, and stayed and interacted with paddle boarders.... really amazing. Grab a coffee, gelato, or avocado toast at the nearby cafes. First time staying in Kihei area and we really liked it.

Great place for a couple, would love to come back

The property was well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Location 1min walk from the beach. It's located in a condo that is simple/nothing fancy (like most in Kihei) but inside the recently renovated apartment is like a brand new one. New kitchen, comfortable bed, great shower room. It even had two desks with comfortable office chairs, which is perfect for a week of home office away from home. Appreciated also the team responsiveness - the internet connection was down on Sunday (which would compromise my home office)I during the week, but they had support on the weekend which was very convenient - they promptly connected with the cable provider and got it fixed on Sunday itself.

Perfect Location

This condo was great! Perfect accessibility to Kam beaches, which we love. Tastefully decorated, very clean, lovely shower, huge bed in great bedroom. Only drawback was little to no cleaning supplies. We had to buy windex, toilet cleaner and had no ability to wash the floors. But that is a very small observation and did not detract from an awesome stay! Thank you for opening your home to us. xo

Quiet Complex - Nicely Tucked Away From The Street

We had a comfortable stay. The positives: quiet and well-kept complex located further back from South Kihei Drive, nice to have a main floor unit for easy access, the bathroom is nicely renovated, the appliances are newer, the dishes seemed newer and there was plenty of cutlery, the sofa bed was comfortable, the pool, hot tub and BBQ areas were very clean, easy parking, beach chairs provided (although one was broken), pickle ball court, conveniently located right across from Charley Young Beach, a few restaurants and a bakery only a 30 second walk from the complex and many more places to eat within walking distance, in-suite laundry. My Perfect Stays was very easy to reach and accommodating when I called. Things that could’ve been better: the condo needs a deep clean. There was dust, the mattress pad on the sofa bed was dirty, the stove had a huge grease stain and the floors needed a better cleaning. The vacuum in the condo doesn’t do a good job of cleaning the floors. The toaster was old and rusty. When I called My Perfect Stays about the cleanliness and toaster, a new toaster was delivered within an hour and they did give us a credit for the time it took me to clean what I felt should have already been done. The positives far outweigh the areas for improvement. We would recommend this unit to others.
