Walk to beautiful beaches, soak up the Maui sunshine, and come home to the comfort of your own lanai/patio when you escape to this well-appointed condo in Kihei. Open the sliding glass doors to let in the cool ocean breeze, prepare island-inspired breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, and sit down at the patio table on the lanai before visiting the beach or nearby golf course. You also have immediate access to an outdoor community pool and grilling area.

What's nearby:
This ground-floor condo is located across the street from Charley Young Beach and a short distance from Kamaole Beach Park I ("Kam I," a quarter mile down the road), Kam II (half a mile south), and Kam III (one mile south). These beaches are regarded as the best in Kihei, offering lovely views of Molokini, Kaho’olawe, and Lanai, as well as wonderful snorkeling opportunities.

A Foodland market is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs, while Maui Brewing Company offers a great spot for a cold beer at happy hour.

The condo was very clean and beautifully done. The pool was right outside the lanai, and beach right across the street. It was perfect for our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay!

We found this lovely condo just terrific for our stay in Kihei! As described, the condo is comfortable, well attired and very close to everything we needed, including a beautiful beach close by. Host Raul is very helpful and readily available. We'd certainly stay again.

Perfect Condo

The location, cleanliness, decor & amenities at this home are incredible. We typically stay in larger, 2 bedroom or bigger units, but being as we were here with just the 2 of us, we found this gem. We will DEFINITELY come back here, as this is an incredible condo at a fair price. Thank you so much for letting us stay here!!!!

Perfect location

This was our first time staying in Kihei and this was the perfect location! We loved how easy it was to park, the close proximity to beach access as well as all of the fun cafes, food trucks, and shopping. The host was super prompt about helping with check in on a holiday as well as replacing a broken hair dryer immediately upon request.

Wonderful

Everything about the condo was perfect for us. It was steps from the pool, and super close to the beach. There are great restaurants walking distance away as well. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Great place to stay!

Appreciated quick communication from Raul when needed. Location was awesome and condo was great! Very clean, updated and decorated beautifully! Beach supplies had more than expected! We would stay here again for sure!!

Great condo, right across the street from a nice beach. Everything was as pictured and described. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Great location for walking. We really enjoyed our stay!

Kihei Condo

Our stay at Q's Beach House was absolutely above and beyond perfect. Raul's condo has everything you could ask for from beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, snorkel gear all kitchen stuff extra blankets it was just like being at home. The bed was super comfortable and the airconditioning units kept the rooms nice and cool. Raul was the perfect host keeping in touch with us due to some work being done on the outside of the unit and was very accomidating during our stay. The location is also perfect a quick walk to the beach, shops and restuarants. I highly recommend this unit you will not be disappointed!

Perfect place

We are more than happy with this place. Small but clean and only a short walk from the beach. The pool is just outside the door, and the flat has a selection of beach equipment t available. I'm sure this is the best deal in Kihei.

Great Location!

This first-floor unit was very neat, clean, and perfectly appointed. The lanai leads to the pool and hedge that borders the street. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to Charlie Young Beach. Also close to BBQ grills and tennis courts, if that’s your thing. All the beach goodies, chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, etc were appreciated. The king size mattress was nice, and definitely on the firm side. Owner was very easy to reach and helpful, when we had a pre-travel question.I would definitely use Raul’s condo again.

Perfect spot for a Maui vacation

I’ve stayed at a number of condos in the Kihei area and this one was one of the best. I liked the ground floor access to get to the pool which is right outside the patio door, or main road for early morning walks. The inside is clean and updated. The condo is also extremely well stocked for all your beach days. Parking lot can be busy but it’s not much of a walk back to the unit. Finally, the owner communicates extremely well and is very easy to work with. Would come back here again!

Excellent location and comfortable unit

Well maintained and cared for property. Very convenient location, just steps away from the beach and the unit's location in the complex is perfect with respect to paths and fresh water shower to clean off the sand. It has everything you could ask for on a beach vacation, boogie boards, snorkels, beach bags and chairs. The beds are comfortable, the AC works great, and it's nice to have TVs in both living room and bedroom so we could watch different shows. We will definitely be back!

Our Favorite Maui Getaway – Already Rebooked

We have been visiting Maui for many years and have stayed at various properties in the Kihei area. This was our third stay at this particular condominium, and it continues to be absolutely fantastic!The unit is exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and stocked with everything needed for a perfect vacation. We especially appreciate the Murphy bed, which provides a great night’s sleep for our teenage daughter—so much better than a sofa bed! The condo also includes beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, BBQ tools, and many other thoughtful amenities.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Charlie Young Beach. Whether relaxing on the lanai or heading out to explore, this condo truly feels like a home away from home.We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for an incredible stay in Kihei. We have already rebooked for next year!

Exceeded expectations!!!

I’m in the travel industry…and expect a lot in accommodations. As I was looking for a place to stay, this little gem caught my eye and just kept coming back to it so made the reservation. When we walked through the door we were impressed with the size, layout, decor, simplicity…and LOCATION! We could easily walk left or right to food, shopping, coffee, cocktails AND straight out to beach path! Our host was so incredibly accommodating and available to answer any questions. We cannot say enough…it is ground floor, which we love, right near pool out back and BBQ’s out front. We will be back for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location!

We spent 8 nights, and everything was perfect. The place was small, but had everything we needed for our family of 4. We had 2 kids- 1 is a toddler and they both loved it. It was a short walk to the beach which I appreciated specially when planning around nap time and meals. We used the kitchen every day and loved how equipped it was with everything we needed, even utensils to bbq. We loved having meals on the lanai. The pool was nothing fancy, but worked for us- we really were there for the beach so the pool was a bonus. We do wish the shower had a handheld shower head to make bathing our toddler easier, but we made it work. Non-stick pans would have also helped but again neither were deal breakers. We used the Murphy bed and it was very comfortable, definitely better than a pull out couch would have been. Lots of friendly neighbors so it was great for families. Raul answered my questions on a timely manner. We would definitely consider staying here again.
