Ho'olei 24-6 is a premier, hotel-zoned luxury villa in one of south maui’s most exclusive gated communities—unaffected by recent proposed legislation, offering peace of mind for future vacation planning.

This stunning 3-bedroom garden view villa was thoughtfully designed for seamless indoor-outdoor island living. Expansive corner pocket doors open fully to a spacious, fully private lanai surrounded by lush tropical foliage and natural beauty. Enjoy al fresco meals from your outdoor gas grill, gather around the large dining table for six, or unwind in the refreshing open air with your favorite beverage as gentle breezes and ceiling fans create the perfect tropical ambiance.

Inside, elevated comfort and designer details await. The living area features a large, cozy sectional for relaxation, a formal dining table with generous seating, and a beautifully curated space for family gatherings. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, premium appliances, and everything needed to inspire memorable meals. Fast, reliable wifi and a flat screen television complete the modern luxury experience.

The villa’s layout offers both comfort and privacy for all guests. The spacious primary suite is located on the main floor, featuring a king bed, inviting sitting area, oversized ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and its own private lanai retreat. A second guest suite, also on the main floor, offers two full-size beds and a full ensuite bathroom. The upper level showcases a third guest suite, complete with king bed, private bathroom, and elegant french doors opening to a charming french balcony. The main living area also includes a convenient half bathroom for guests.

Additional villa features include central air conditioning throughout, a full-size washer and dryer, private garage, covered carport for a second vehicle, plus complimentary beach chairs and beach towels for use at the beach or the villa’s resort-style pool.

The Ho'olei community offers world-class amenities including a breathtaking pool with cascading waterfall, grotto, sandy beach keiki play area, and two relaxing jacuzzis. Guests may also enjoy the adjacent fitness center, covered kitchen pavilion, and open-air gathering spaces. Very nice place!

We very much enjoyed the location and the townhouse. Very spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen as well. Little bummed we couldn’t use the hotel pool at the Grand Wailea but the pool for the villas was nice too and the easy walk to the beach was great.

Relaxing and Comfort

This place was amazing. It was comfortable, clean and walking distance from the beach and shopping center. We enjoy cooking in the living room attach to the Lani with open setting while enjoying the cool breeze from the ocean. No doubt this is a hidden Gem to stay with the family and relax from the crowds

Amazing accommodations

The Villa was actually better than described. Each room was spacious and private. The beds were extremely comfortable, so much so my wife order five sets of linens for us to go home to. Had we know the house was so perfect we would have spent more time relaxing but our schedule was so full we didn’t get to appreciate it as much as we could have. Perfect for a family with great accommodations. Close proximity to all the beaches, shopping and dining yet very quiet and private. The host greeted us there and gave a quick introduction to the property. We will be back next year.

Family Vacation

We just got back from vacation with our family of 8 and ages ranging from 3-70s. We absolutely loved our stay here. The Villa was gorgeous and spacious. Our kids could not get enough of the resort pool. Wailea beach was a short walk away. We staid in mid June and always found parking available at the beach which made transporting little kids and beach gear a lot easier. The beach may have ruined all other beaches for us as it was perfect. Soft sand, beautiful views, snorkeling that was easy for young kids and alternating calm seas and fun/ not too dangerous waves. We would absolutely come back for future visits.

Luxury Rental

This is an amazing villa! The unit was sparkling clean and the check in procedure was highly efficient. Communication via text with the management company made check in and the stay outstanding. Only complaint is this unit backs up to a busy road. When the patio doors are open the road noise is outrageously loud. When the doors are closed it is peaceful. We loved this complex and would come back again.

Great property

We have stayed at Hoo'lei a few times but this was our first time staying in this particular unit. The place was very comfortable and well equipped. The property managers surprised us with leis upon our arrival which a great way to start our vacation. If I needed anything or had any questions, they were quick to respond. I inquired about insulated bags which we wanted to take to the beach and they went above and beyond and dropped off a rolling cooler for us to use for the entire week! The location of the unit was great, just a short walk to the gym, pool and Grand Wailea. We will definitey be back!

Wonderful family vacation at Ho’olei 24-6

We spent a week long family vacation with our 2 daughters and sons-in-law at Ho’olei 24-6 and everything was perfect for our stay. The unit was ideally located, spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped for our group of six. The kitchen and its high end appliances had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is in a lovely setting and very close to the unit. Wailea beach is a 10 minute walk away and access is easy through the Grand Wailea hotel just across the road. Communication with CB Island vacations was excellent and they replied promptly to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ho’olei 24-6 and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone looking for a spacious unit in Wailea that is close to the beach and has good facilities.

The unit has been refreshed with a fresh coat of paint, new carpets, etc. The location of the Ho'Olei complex is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Shops at Wailea. The unit has almost everything you need. It would be nice if the rental company had the ability to store your bags given the early check out time of 10am.

Excellent location and amazing property

My family consisting of two grandparents, two parents, three children ages six, four, two stayed here and this was more than enough space. The townhouse is finished very well. This is a high-end rental. We loved opening up the accordion windows to make the indoor outdoor living possible. This is directly across the street from the grand Wailea it is a very short walk to those restaurants. I had a conference at that hotel, and this was very convenient. It is a easy walk to the beach. We also walked to the luau at another resort. You can easily access the beachfront walking path that goes across multiple resorts. we also walked to dinner at the hotel Wailea, which is up the hill. The pool is excellent and my whole family enjoyed the pool. I will definitely stay here again. The only negative is because this townhome is on the edge of the property near the busy road that you do get some road noise when sitting out on the lanai.

Wonderful!

Wow, what an amazing place! This condo was so spacious and perfect for our family. Everything was truly wonderful. The condo was very clean. The elevator (yes, there’s an elevator!) was super helpful when doing large grocery runs. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked with spices, oil, etc as some other places we’ve stayed but that can be easily fixed with a quick trip to Safeway, which is just up the road. We did find that we had no cell reception (AT&T) in the condo - you’d have to go out on the deck to get cell service. Wi-Fi messaging and calling worked fine. My husband has Verizon and he had no issues with reception. The pool area was SO nice and un-crowded. We have young kids so we spent a good amount of time at the pool - our son absolutely loved the waterfall. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Seriously, this is such a wonderful place to stay - we would absolutely stay here again!

Great experience!

Perfect size and luxury -- better alternative to staying at one of the expensive resorts nearby if you're going with a family or small group. Great kitchen setup and privacy for each of the bedrooms. Beautiful pool area as well!
